The June 15th Lunar Eclipse

Many will already have felt the effects of this eclipse.I know I have, as this eclipse is sitting right on top of my Gemini Moon. My experience of these energies.... Lots of volatile emotions in the air. A need to get clear about boundaries. Cleansing of all kinds, from physical (changes in diet), to emotional (emotional release), to outer world practical (letting go of situations that no longer serve our growth, sometimes with a bang). In general during these energies it seems that patterns are being magnified and intensified, demanding to be cleared. Issues rise to the fore almost explosively. And what was here one minute, is gone the next.

There is a reason for this as the light is entering our field very powerfully, lifting the patterns out of our energy fabric with force. In a previous post I said to people to be kind to one another during this time. And now I am going to add to be mindful of reactivity. The emotions tossed around can really trigger our reactivity and it can be easy to find oneself sucked into chaotic vortexes of energy. This can have its value too, as sometimes energy needs to be spun out. But you may want to be mindful of where you act out your emotional release. Punching a pillow may be better than shouting at your boss.

Expect, during this eclipses season, for peoples stuff to be coming to the fore. Some people may act out their stuff in pretty unpleasant ways. We can all have a bad day, it then depends on how we go about clearing it up. If you are the one releasing inappropriately, try to clean up your trail, if you can. If its another offloading on you, for you to decide what you will allow or not allow into your life. Some relationships may have run their course and this may be the time to let them go. Others may just be encountering a healing crisis, forcing us to move our relating patterns to higher levels of authenticity and loving respect.

Eclipses affect everybody, to some degree, especially at the moment, because we are shifting as a planet in so many ways, but they will particularly affect the people who have the eclipse degrees aspecting their natal chart. If the energy affects our pattern, it will be up for processing at this time, whether from something we do, or events/people acting it out for us in our lives. As usual, hold onto your hats during this transition. Remember that even if we are evolved in certain areas, we may still have patterns in other areas that need clearing up. We are all a work in progress and few are immune from these transformative energies. However, if we embrace the learning process, with love, honesty and willingness to take responsibility, we will sail through just fine :-) ♥

A Lunar Eclipse can be felt as early as 2 weeks prior to the Eclipse itself and can last up to 6 months to a year.

This Jun 15 This Jun 15 eclipse can be more of a problem than the Jun 1 eclipse because it is in an opposition to Mercury. This can cause misunderstandings, disputes and problems in communications in general. Not good for long-range plans or ideas that require detailed working out. The Collective Heart Initiation

My guides have been telling me for some time that the time of the lone individual is coming to an end and that the only way forward in the new world is to operate as community. Alone, each one of us has power and voltage, but together, we are a huge force of change. This not just as meditators transforming collective energy systems, but also as support system for one another in a time in which external structures of the world are rapidly changing and even collapsing, creating wobbles in economies and businesses and in the usual way we live practically in the world.

Structure collapse as lone individuals is a scary thing, but as collective family its a breeze. We just need to stick together and with each contributing to each others lives, we can create support, shelter and safety for each other, as we prepare to build the new.

This is going to be the lesson for humanity in the coming two years...Will we learn to operate from the heart in heart based group consciousness? Illusion has us separated, but the heart has us united. The secret to the next phase of change is finding the heart and in that heart the link to all others. We are going to be called to let go of ego and separation. The ego that says "I can do this alone". The ego that says "your problem is not my problem". The heart says, whatever you feel I feel, and here is my compassion and support.

As society transforms, this is the initiation that we as a collective will be undergoing. And it is a necessary initiation, as the new structures of the world can only be birthed from the heart. On a practical level, they will be born of the cooperative efforts we each make during this time. And from the inner shifts we internally will undergo, as we surrender to this process. As we experience being there for one another or being supported by others; and caring for each others needs as a group rather than as individuals; the new consciousness, which has been seeded during the last few decades, will be able to truly root into the world and bare fruit.

Many of you are dedicated gardeners for Spirit, delighting in planting seeds and nurturing growth even in the most barren of soils. And as such you are here, ripe for the contribution you will give during this particular phase of the collective shift. Ready to model the new templates of cooperation for all to see.

May you all be blessed as you travel this journey and reap the many rewards that are to be found in this deep process of transformation, as you fulfill your volunteer contract as agents of change in a system that sorely needed your bravery, courage, commitment and deep love. The love you have for each other and also the love you have for the process of bringing love.

Celebrating the Human Soul

We take the web for granted, but it is quite an amazing thing. So many people sharing their expertise and wisdom. Any issue you are working on, you can search on the web and find a ton of people sharing about how they got through their obstacle. Its like a 24/7 support group at ones fingertips.

It is also a good reminder of the essential good nature of human beings. Why bother writing about ones trials and tribulations for all to see? Why bother write about what one knows for all to learn? It is because essentially a healthy human being likes to give, give back and contribute. Because without giving and sharing there is little meaning.

We have been conditioned of late to believe that human beings are bad, selfish, pollute the Earth, hurt children, are run by greed, etc. And while this is unfortunately true in several instances, this is not what a healthy human being is about. It is just a byproduct of a societal sickness which is, if one goes digging, encouraged by design by the top down. But this is a corruption of true human nature, not the truth of who we are.

Human beings in their true and healed form are wonderful beings. Human beings, when nurtured from childhood in appropriate ways and without current societal brain washing, spontaneously create art, beauty, music, poetry, love, laughter, care for children, cherish animals, relish in the grace of nature, help one another, bond in community and more. When also plugged in spiritually, with all their chakras and energies in proper alignment, they become an instrument and conduits of light and stars.

It is time for us to celebrate our humanity. To value its light and actualized potential. Vehicles for beauty, it is time we celebrate the vastness of the human Soul.

Let the healing begin, as humanity returns to its original splendor. Let the corrupt energies fall away as we all return to purity once more. And lets us rejoice in the rebirth of the collective human Soul.

The Dance of Love and Self -Love

Relationships can be a complex arena...we draw partners to ourselves to learn, to work out karma, to work through childhood issues, to make the unconscious conscious as well as to share the love and bonding we can experience with Soul group members.

And in this sense, even conflict is divine and purposeful, as through the relationship with other, we extract the juice of knowing self we need in order to evolve. There is after all no other, just different aspects of the grand divine self expressing.

However, even within the purposefulness of all, as atoms of the divine, there can be times where the learning and loving expresses as a boundary that says no more. In this sense the lesson of love of self may be the one that is reaching completion. An honoring of the self as Soul and a releasing of the other from the role of teacher through the vehicle of contrast.

At other times the journey is one of surrender, of drawing down the bridges so one way open, allowing the barriers to lessen and vanish, so as to expand the love within. The dance between opening in love and at times boundary setting in self love is an interesting one.

May we honor all players in the dance, as we complete our lessons and contracts.

Evolving the Mental Body

One of the key lesson as we awaken spiritually is discernment. Although we can receive guidance, especially at the beginning of our awakening, nobody can tell us what is right or wrong. We just have to learn to discern inside what is helpful and what is not. This in itself is a lesson in spiritual growth and a step one cannot skip on the path.

Also note that as we evolve often so does our truth. What feels right at one stage of growth, may not feel right at the next level. Does this mean there is no truth? No, it just means there are different levels of perception, depending on our consciousness access point. As we continue to evolve, we learn to access higher and higher levels of perception and this usually encompass a multidimensional perspective where we can perceive many levels of reality at once. We begin to see that there are many dimensional aspects to reality and consciousness, each one of which has a different vintage point and response, suitable to the inquiry at hand. In this sense it may appear that there are many truths. And in some ways this is so. As we evolve, holding many perspectives at once can in itself expand our consciousness, as we learn to hold more worlds in one mind.

The best gift we can give to ourselves and others as we evolve, is that of a soft approach to belief. Beliefs are thoughts we have embraced as true. Some of these beliefs are unconscious and old. Born from trauma and pain they can sabotage our efforts and make our lives mighty miserable. Others of these beliefs are new truths we have just embraced, after an ah-ha moment of enlightenment. But these too may be beliefs that need upgrading, to even higher ah-has in later moments. Be flexible with all of beliefs, new and old, so that as you evolve, so you may not be shackled by outdated levels of perception. Allow your mental body to grow with your Soul body as you evolve, so that you may soar in ever expanding consciousness.

There is also a level of reality where all is love and none of this detail matters. Its the level of our eternal and divine self and its a splendid level indeed. At this level there is not even the need for discussion or conversation about ideas and the mental body is the all knowing mind of Source, that knows and witnesses all in a state of fluid beingness, in love.

However when in incarnation, we may find that other levels take priority, as we are called into being and into learning in the experiential realms. Although it is all just a grand creation-play, we sometimes need to immerse ourselves in the creation fully to extract the evolutionary juice our Soul requires :-)

May you have fun being all that you are. Honor every level for the gifts it brings. And may you be blessed with fluid mental body in evolution as you embrace fully the light of your Soul.

Planetary Healing Instructions for Current Earth Situation - Japan

I am in need of rest so this communication is short - Just drawing attention to areas of focus that are beneficial for the focus of lightworkers at this time as follows:

1- Healing and comfort for the Japanese people;
2- Dissolving of radiation in Japan and worldwide;
3- Dissolving of any dark agendas being pushed with the excuse of this event;
4- Prevention of radiation spreading via jet stream and waters (send it to the north pole to be frozen in ice for now);
5- Calm and centerdness for all people all the Earth;
6- Dissolving of fear and panic energies everywhere on Earth, while centering people in higher guidance and right action
6- Dissolving of all disinformation aimed at deceiving and misguided information aimed at informing but unhelpful;
7- Clearing and balancing of all the root chakras of all people in the world that need it and whose Soul wants it;
8- Infusion of the energies of love, centerdness, coopration and balance for all humans on Earth;
9-Balancing of the Earth chakra points and fault lines;
10-Soothing of the sun (which includes shielding the Earth from excessive sun storms)
11- Connection of all humans as lights of consciousness on the humanity grid, working as one in harmony for the good of all
12- Infusion of high consciousness frequencies on such grid, so that as a collective we use this event to make yet another leap into a new frontier of awareness and unified love.

Asking for Intervention
within the bounds of Spiritual and Karmic Law

So how do we ask for intervention within the bounds of karmic and spiritual law? We ask in a manner that is for the highest good of all, according to the divine plan and in accordance with the free will of each individual incarnated being on this plane. Just as with any other kind of manifesting process, we need to assume that, as humans incarnated in density and subjected to the veil, we only have a limited perspective as to what is best. And as such it is wise to protect ourselves and others from our interventions and vision by adding safeguards and clauses that neutralize our requests, just in case these requests are not for the Highest Good. Intervening for the collective has the potential of impacting a large number of Souls, so it is important to do so in ways that do not interfere with the Soul contracts of others and that are in aid of the divine plan for Earth. As much as it is our job to ask for help, we also need to assume that we do not truly always know what is best for humanity at large. An event we may judge as bad, may have positive consequences, such as triggering more people into awareness and may be perfect in its long term effects towards the greater good. The ascension process is complex and the process of awakening a large group Soul such as that of humanity is not always linear. So some caution is in order. All of the following pitfalls however can be avoided just by asking for intervention correctly. Here is a request format you can use and which encompasses all the point made above. If you are not versed in metaphysical law, I suggest you formulate all your requests in this way to the letter.

“I ____, as a representative of humanity and as a member of the lightworker transformation force on Earth, ask for intervention from my guides, my councils, Primary Creator and the most evolved high-dimensional teams aligned with the light and Primary Creator and who are an appropriate match for this task, to support, shift and resolve issue X into the form that is for the best and highest good of all. I ask that this intervention be carried out only to the degree that is for the highest good of each incarnated Soul (within the bounds of their Soul and Karmic contracts as deemed appropriate by each individual’s Soul and Primary Creator).I also ask that this intervention be carried out only to the degree that is in alignment with the Divine Will and Divine Plan for the transformation of Earth as a whole. And to the extent that is in agreement with collective karmic agreements. Withing the parameters detailed above, I ask for the maximum and most efficient intervention that is for the highest good with regards to situation X at this time. And so it is, and so it is and so it is. It is done. In gratitude I serve with love in my heart. My intent is pure. And so it is. It is done“

Ask for intervention whenever you feel guided to, with regards to whatever presents itself most strongly before you. If you are watching the news and hear about something that is about to occur which may not for the highest good of all, this is a good time to engage your teams. If you hear of an impending epidemic, ask for it to be neutralized. If you hear contaminated vaccines, ask for them to be neutralized or the mandatory vaccinations stopped. If you hear of incoming weather problems, ask for them to be diffused. If you hear of a piece of legislation which you feel could benefit with being stopped, ask your team to support in blocking it. If you hear of a person taking action that you feel could do with being supported, ask that that person be aided in their mission by the power that you have access to. There is no limit to the collective issues that you can ask for support towards, as long as you ask correctly within the bounds of karmic and spiritual law.

Group Visions and Meditations

The intervention method I just described is great because it is one you can practice daily, on your own, as you become aware of situations as they occur. Our intervention is required daily and often at this time from each individual lightworker, as we are intending to shift a large and fast moving agenda in a very short period of time. Alongside calling for intervention, we can also contribute through our visions. Go into meditation often and visualize peace, freedom, abundance, healing for all. Visualize solutions to the issues you have become aware of. And at the moment especially, visualize a smooth transition of the structures of the Earth which does not require financial hardship, turmoil, civil unrest, disasters and dark nazi-like scenarios manifesting, but where things easily and smoothly change from one form to the next. And connect with your angelic and high dimensional councils and visualize smooth transformative light entering this plane and neutralizing the dark energy pockets in the collective as they arise.


Re-Awaken your Divine Power

The collective lesson and testing time we are entering now and for the next few months, is that of becoming fully aware of our divine power and ability to create positive change on a huge scale. It is a time where we are being called to affirm our full knowledge of ourselves as divine sovereign beings, capable of creating the higher global reality we wish to see. Know that consciousness rules over matter and that through our consciousness we have power to create change absolutely. Infinite power in fact. All we need to do is fully plug into our multidimensional energy. All we need to do is to reclaim and remember the infinite Power of Light we hold within us. Once we plug ourselves into the vast network of light that is our Soul and Divine essence, and that of our family of light, we have infinite seniority over the "dark", which we can shatter in a second like the burst of a star shatters all with its light. Unplugged, we are just humans walking the Earth and vulnerable to the changing winds of the external worlds. Plugged into our divinity, we are the power of the cosmos ignited. We are the love of the ALL and the mighty burst of the infinite creation unfolding. The dark cannot but dissolve as it encounters the unstoppable force of Light in Action. And, once again, this is the very function of the dark in a polarity world: that of providing the weights to lift, the wall to climb, so that we may develop our muscles stronger. Let us use these challenges as the tool for evolution that they truly are, knowing that the the dark in the world is only as powerful as the power that we disown. May we fully embrace thes challenge calling us to be all that we were always meant to be.

Planetary Healing: How to intervene effectively and appropriately

Besides healing the collective through embodying and transforming patterns, there are Souls within the Lightworker force that have incarnated with Missions of Service that entail transforming the energies of the Earth plane consciously and directly. This group of Souls, that I will be referring to as “Planetary Healers”, have incarnated with the task of clearing and healing the Earth and humanity through direct energy manipulation. If you, like myself, are one of these Souls, and many of you are, you will probably find that the following information resonates with you.

We, as humanity, are a large collective being. As such we have a collective energy fields that corresponds to the sum total of each of our individual energy fields. Just like a personal energy healer know how to see and shift the energy with a person’s energy field, planetary healers know how to change and shift the patterns of the collective energy field with their intention. Shifting the collective energy field is not difficult, especially when we ask for the support from the higher realms. There are many high beings of light that are assisting us at this time from the higher dimensions, who are masters at manipulating complex energy systems. With their help and with divinely aligned intentions, Planetary Healers can do wonders for the healing of the collective consciousness. They assist in shifting energetically many old collective patterns, expediting the process of collective change.

Within this particular group of lightworkers, many have volunteered to be the anchor point for evolved councils of light. These Souls have incarnated with the specific mission of being the energetic access point for the higher dimensional councils on the Earth plane. From their non-Earthly vintage point, the councils support our collective shift by infusing our planet and humanity with wonderfully beautiful patterns of light, by intervening energetically to dissolve discordant collective energies, by healing stress points in the earth’s energy field and more. To intervene, however, due to the Law of free Will, the High Beings need to be asked explicitly by an Earth representative, incarnate in a body on this plane. Because of this many Souls have incarnated with partnership agreements with such councils, agreeing to be their incarnated agent on the ground, open to receiving their guidance and willing to ask for intervention on their behalf when needed. These Souls are the councils’ boots on the ground- so to speak- through which the away team, stationed on the higher planes, can do the energy work that the Earth plane requires. 
 

Consciously assisting the Earth’s energy is not however, only the prerogative of Planetary Healer Souls. All Souls incarnated on the Earth plane have the right to call for assistance for humanity and the Earth, even if they do not have specific pre-birth contracts of planetary healing. In fact, as we move collectively into deeper and deeper levels of awakening, more and more Souls are being drawn to assist the shifting energies of the planet through prayer rituals, group meditations and visualizations for peace. And more and more are understanding that they can invoke higher dimensional help for the planet at any time. If you too would like to help in this way, as usual, all you need to do is ask. It is especially a good idea to request help during crisis times on the Earth, helping to diffuse chaotic energies in places plagued by hunger, conflict, natural disasters, etc. There are many areas of Earth experience in which we can consciously assist by requesting help. When doing so, however, it is wise to operate observing the following guidelines:

• When asking for help always ask for “the intervention of the highest angelic beings of light, from realms beyond polarity, that are most suited to the task at hand”. Not all beings from other dimensions are helpful, so it is important to be specific. We do not want to become the unwitting grounding cord for confused or chaotic energies from the lower dimensions. Asking for assistance in the way outlined above guarantees you access to the best and safest other dimensional assistance
• When asking for help always add at the end of your request:“May this intervention occur only if it is for the Highest and Best Good of all concerned and in alignment with the Divine Plan for Earth”. From our Earthly limited perspective, we have no idea of the bigger picture and the consequences of our requests. It is best to operate within safeguards, to avoid interfering with processes that might have a divine purpose despite their negative appearance. Also it assures that we do not accumulate collective karma through our own carelessness or our ego.
• Let the angels do the work, do not do the work yourself. That means, especially if you are a healer, do not go into the collective energy and work the energy yourself, delegate to the angelic beings that you called to assist you. All that is needed is your request for intervention so that the angels can help whilst still operating within the free will law. As a general rule stepping into chaotic collective energies is overwhelming to our incarnated energy fields and can cause emotional and health problems. Imagine interacting directly with the chaotic energies of Iraq: all that pain and anguish and terror is too much for a single incarnated being to tackle. So, remember, preserve your energy field and delegate the work to the angelic teams at all times.

As long as you stay within such guidelines you can become a very useful tool for transformation in the hands of very skilled and evolved beings of light. During Earth’s challenging times, you can assist by asking for angelic intervention and provide very valuable assistance to our collective human family. And as you do so, you will also benefit from receiving the gift of the most beautiful light from the angels for your own personal healing. True service is always a win- win for all involved.

May you continue to be blessed as you travel your own very unique path of service, in the way that brings most joy to your Soul. May you always know your own divinity, as a blessed spark of the infinite Oneness. May you be blessed as you bravely and patiently grow and evolve, whilst assisting others in doing the same. May you walk in beauty and may you be bathed in the light of love at all times.

The Path of All Embracing Compassion

I am feeling guided today to comment on something that comes to mind whenever I hear people talk of "negative people" or "fearful people", something that I hear very frequently emerging from the new spirituality. It appears that negativity and fear have indeed become the new "new age" version of the old religions mortal sins ;-) lol...

I don't feel it is wise to divide the world into positive and negative people, circumstances etc... Which is what often happens as a result of adhering too rigidly to the many teachings that hold an excessive emphasis on the positive polarity of life. Having a positive attitude and thoughts of course helps, especially with manifestation, but manifesting is not all that the spiritual path is about. We are here to evolve. And sometimes how we do that is through learning how to create, but creating and manifesting is not the only nor the ultimate goal. Evolution of consciousness is, an evolution that is always about learning to hold more truth, wisdom and love. And within the process that leads to that evolution, we encounter the cyclical nature of growth, where we all hit pockets of grief, discouragement, fear and negativity at times. These, if properly honored and embraced, are the doorways through which we are called to dive into the inner world to do work, through which we find the forgotten wounds and tears and parts of ourselves that need support as they shift.

True healing of an evolving human cannot happen without occasionally diving at the bottom of the well for self reflection or release of the old. And teachings that do not honor the path of light that we travel in the shade, create people who are in denial of both their own and other people's pain and vulnerability. Which leads to a lack of compassion and a closed heart. And often also towards an "I am better than you" attitude, because, look, I am positive, look at me, I have no fear. This attitude polarizes and creates judgment and a decrease in compassion towards one's fellow human and even from oneself. Notice, ironically also, how much the ego is still in charge, when so invested on having it gotten right, by being so fearless and positive, whilst others are not ;-) lol ..one must chuckle at the sweet and very creative ego and the many wonderful ways it finds to keep holding on ;-) Much love to the sweet ego within us all, as it gradually learns to let go...

Lets remember that we are not here to separate from others, we are here to embrace our fellow humans (and all parts of ourselves of which they are a reflection), wherever they happen to be at...

Incidentally being able to sit with other people's so called negativity, unscathed, is a sign of true balance and ability to hold light. To walk through the darkest of dark, to be able to hold the deepest of dysfunction, and still feel balance in compassion and smile: this is the true open and evolved heart. It may take a while for us all to get there, but I know that the ability to stand still in love and emotional transparency to whatever another brings, in full allowing and compassion, is the true goal. And this compassion can only come from having embraced every aspect of self, so that there is not anything within or without that we may find unlovable or wrong.

As a general rule, people are just people, in different stages of healing. It is always wise to decide how much of our own personal energy we have to give out or to place. And it is wise to evaluate how permeable we are feeling in different times of our lives, in relationship to how much of the energies of others we can commune with. So nothing wrong with a bit of shielding and seclusion at times. But I feel it is better to do so making it clear to ourselves that this is about our personal need for solitude and cocooning, rather than about people out there being too negative or too fearful for our heightened sensitivity.

May we always find ways to take care of self in ways that are honoring to all. And may we evolve to the place where we can embrace all energies in the neutrality of a true and open compassionate heart. And may we be compassionate towards self on our way to getting there ;-)

Moving Beyond: New Templates for Soul Evolution

The feelings some describe about feeling lost or empty in an ideal world in which there is no struggle nor duality are very common feeling for people who are entering a deeper phase of their evolution on a path of growth. One of the biggest obstacles to this phase of growth can be a lingering addiction to drama - for lack of a better word. One could also call it excitement/tension derived from conflict. There is a feeling that, taken away the struggle, life becomes boring. That taken away the action, life becomes a drag.

I know this one well. There was a time in which my wise inner self was demanding I leave behind a certain lifestyle, certain friends, that were a lot of fun but who were not aiming for higher things. I wrestled with myself for a long time and eventually opted for the quieter route. My main fear was that choosing the quieter route might mean that I would have a dull life. I hesitated for a long time as I believed that giving up the excitement of life in the fast lane, I may indeed be signing up for a life devoid of all fun or enjoyment. The truth is that new levels opened up and the dull life became so much more fulfilling than my old life. I experienced a deeper excitement, which fulfilled me and did not leave me craving for more. Infinite levels of depth opened within that quiet space and the emptiness revealed itself to be quite full indeed.

The fear of peace, the fear of "no drama", the fear of "no struggle" is a very common thing. Even if one is experiencing great states in meditation and achieving great inner peace, there is a very strong pull to recreating chaos. This is because the Personality Self fears its own death, as it merges with the Soul. But if one manages to allow for this death of the personality, what happens is that the Personality Self (call it ego if you like, although I dislike the term ego- a term so loaded with negative judgment) raises in vibration and shifts, refines and adapts to this new level of consciousness.The Personality Self learns to navigate the peace and finds a new job to do - a more evolved function- in tune with a higher consciousness stream.

When I work with people that are experiencing what I call a "sabotage" crisis- i.e. they are breaking into a new level of consciousness and blocks emerge at the personality level that attempt to pull them back down to the previous level- a level at which they felt comfortable- I usually work with their sub-personalities. Usually a part of the psyche feels threatened with extinction. It feels it will have no place in the new consciousness level. It fears it will have nothing to do, that it will become obsolete, that it will die - or it remembers painful experiences from past lives at that level (if the person has already attained the level of consciousness which includes past lives). Anyway- as we shift collectively into a higher level of consciousness, I suspect many people will begin to experience these very traditional "ego deaths" as they move into the higher levels of experience.

Basically, as one evolves, the way in which one defines oneself needs to change. The way in which the world is seen and one's sense of "role" within it need to change. This can be a very uncomfortable process. It can help to be aware of what is going on.

Resolving the tension of opposites within duality, overcoming polarity tensions and obstacles, is just one way of learning and growing and usually the way of growth we choose when still deep into our karmic journey. However this is not the end nor the destination of the evolution of the Soul: there are many other ways to continue evolving, past duality, on a path of growth. One of these other ways is service.

Many old Souls choose joyful service as a path of growth once the bulk of their karmic experience is cleared. Service and the refinement of the ways through which one can be of increasingly effective service become the modus operandi and on of the most chosen growth paths of evolved beings. The purpose of the incarnation becomes totally centered around setting the stage and creating the space for the evolution of others. Service is the motivator for being. Having already learned from struggle a person or Soul now gives back,from a space of open heart space, not rooted in sacrifice, so than others may too evolve and move forward.The lessons at this level become about appropriate giving and efficiency of energy placement (learning where to place our energy so that it may bare the most fruit), and more. Some help others in very tangible and practical ways, providing various concrete forms of world service. Others help with the evolution of energy of consciousness itself. There are infinite ways to serve, both on this plan and on other planes.

Another motivating force outside of duality and struggle is creativity. Creativity is another strong primary motivator as one evolves. Creating, creating, creating. Creating beautiful and fabulous things- creating with words, with light, with sound. Creating in so many ways. Creation is what defines the divine: the divine in humanity and the humanity in the divine. The transformative times ahead are very much about each one of us and the collective body of humanity reconnecting with the divine essence within. The divine essence is ultimately nothing but creative life force and love. Creative life force and inspiration! As human beings we have only just scratched the surface of what we can do. We are beings that can express very high levels of creativity and expansion and joy.

I am just thinking of the top of my head at a few things that could go on in a world that is dedicated to creativity, harmony and love rather than competition, struggle, crisis and destruction. Creating technologies in harmony with nature, creating new ways that tap into psychic energy, creating beautiful works of art, traveling in space, enhancing the power of the mind, training the inner senses- there is so much to explore and all of it feels so exciting.

A new consciousness is approaching. This new consciousness is about enhancement - it is about the blossoming of the human spirit into its true radiance. We are so much more than we allow ourselves to be. We do not need to live swamped by survival issues, conflicts and fears. I think it is in Buddhism that they say that one needs to first have food and shelter taken care of before one can walk the spiritual path. What is meant by this is that fear of survival distracts from higher consciousness, as all fear does. When we break out of polarity consciousness and out of struggle, having mastered the lessons of polarity to an acceptable degree- much of our energy is available for higher pursuits.

Personally, I think we are heading towards a true renaissance. It is already starting, it started in the sixties and it continues to build, even if sometimes its subtle. A creative wave of consciousness has been gathering momentum for some time now. It will be interesting to witness the collective creation that unfolds.

Transmuting Inner and Outer with Ease

We are going through an intense time of personal and collective transmutation. Turn your bed into a healing temple and your sleep into a rejuvenation retreat.You will wake up full of energy and refreshed.


As you gather your healing team, before you go to bed, you may also want to hand over all your worries and issues to Source for resolution as you sleep. You may find that you wake up with new ideas and solutions to old issues. Act on the guidance your receive and see your life filling with an increased flow.


Ask for a download of faith and trust every morning as you awake to a new day. Faith can take a battering during challenging times, but it is the secret ingredient to keeping things in balance and it opens the energetic doorway for miracles. Ask for an ongoing injection of faith in your life, and be open, in trust, open in heart, and open to all good manifesting in your life, as the old transforms.

Nurturing and the Inner Winter

Occasionally situations transpire that take a bite out of our good feelings about ourselves. We get fired from a job. Our efforts to achieve something come to an unfruitful end. A friend says something awful about us. Or we get caught up in a relationship dynamic that is not for our highest good. When this happens its time to get the self -esteem tool kit out.

Time to see the beauty in ourselves through nurturing self talk. It is time to feel our inner strength and to acknowledge how good we are. And to recognize how loving we are throughout it all. Notice how consistent you are with your love and your goodwill despite setbacks.

Know that every knock in life is a part of you that still holds pain, externalizing, so you can love yourself more. Forgive the messengers and mirrors of your own pain and soar to new heights of self love.

Practice seeing yourself as good no matter what your perceived mistakes may be or what others say about you. While there may be something for you to look at about behaviors that need changing, do not let this tarnish the essence of who you are in your own eyes. Sense the light around you and the light that you are. And then see the same in those around you. Bathe the disharmonious situation with light and see it dissolve.

Magical solutions will soon be appearing, as you return to the purity and truth that is to be found within your utter regard for who you are. Nothing less than a child of the light, you are a droplet of the essence of The All, radiating the purity of divine love. And as you remember who you are, surrender all concerns into the flow of light. And know that all is healed, as you breathe in night and exhale stars.

Allow yourself to heal in your love.
