Corridors, the Void and the New Spring

Once in my late twenties I lost partner, job and home all in the same week. This is after I did a focused session in which I asked Spirit to take away from my life all people and situations that were not for my highest good NOW. I was just learning about decrees and I was a little enthusiastic ;-) lol. I learned that sometimes we may want to follow such requests with gently, easily and at a pace I can handle. Some requests can be the equivalent metaphysically of going through a water fast with no prep. A bit much. Spirit does not need us to grow through trauma.

I thought I was quite happy at the time, so I was not expecting the stripping. In the following six months one by one I also lost every single on of my friends, including one of my best friends who died unexpectedly and quite tragically.That's how rough a Saturn return can be sometimes. So I moved from one life to another very forcibly.

It was a painful time during which I learned how to be alone, as there was no other option. I was alone for 18 months, living for most of that time in very substandard studio in East London. The only company I had most days was a big black tomcat, who came to visit me every night. He would tap on the back door and ask to be let in and then he would sit with me in front of the electric fire. He was for a long time my only buddy. I always felt he had been sent to look after me.

During this time I developed a crush on astrology, which I studied kind of obsessively. And during which I also found the light body meditation, sometimes meditating several hours per day. Eventually through both these activities, new friends came. Spring began to blossom after the long inner winter. And a new phase of life began. But first I had to walk through this alone corridor, during which at times the silence was so intense I could feel my thoughts echo. And there was no internet at the time to fill in void.

This was a very challenging time in my life, however it was extremely formative. It taught me an inner resilience and self reliance that before I did not have. There were no friends to bounce my thoughts off of. Nobody to ask for guidance. And no distractions from my inner world.I learned how to manage my own emotional world and my inner voice became, eventually, very clear. My psy-skills also kicked in at the end of this time. During this time I developed qualities that are the backbone of all the work I have done during the last 14 years.

So, if you are currently going through a corridor between doorways, what metaphysically is called "the void", the gap between the old and the new; or if you are going through a time of stripping, a time during which all seems to be falling away; try not to judge it. As challenging as it may be, you may find that there is value to the process. You may not understand it right away, but you may find that, one day in the future, it all makes perfect sense.

Sometimes Spirit pulls away a little further, so we may stretch to reach it. It does so, so we may develop divine muscles, angelic wings and broad shoulders.

As we move into the collective void, as we transit from one world to the next, hold yourself in love and gentleness. Remember that despite the appearance of stripping, the whole world is developing wings, ready to fly soon into a new spring.

Visions of Transformation

Every time we judge and separate a part of ourselves, we create disharmony and shadow, which then emerges in distorted form. Old religion used to repress sexuality, creating many a closet perv, psychological illnesses and disease.

Religion and spirituality, in the lower form, always seem to want to section out something about being human. New age thinking has its own version of this, sectioning out the ego and all that is not "positive". All parts of the self are worthy of love, and when manifesting as "ego", evolve when cared to with love.

Much talk about ego is judgement towards self and others that leads to separation and rules rather than healing. Berating and separating a part of the self is not a good idea. We don't evolve by sectioning parts of self, we evolve by healing, integrating and understanding the parts of us that pull in unhelpful directions. There is always a reason for behavior. And most often what many call ego, is a young self, most often a child self or adolescent self, trying to get its needs met in dysfunctional ways. Find a way to meet the needs of this young self and the behavior evolves.

Love self in all its forms, even the parts that are wounded and that behave with dysfunction. Listen and care for these wounded young parts of the self and you will observe that healing begins to occur naturally, working its way towards balanced expression.

I envision a world in which there are healing centers rather than prisons and psych hospitals. A little further down the line, I envision a world in which nobody is wounded to the point of acting out pain through psychosis and narcissistic/ sociopathic behavior. Where all children are cared for and nurtured, encouraged in their natural blossoming into the natural blueprint of who they are, so that one can use life as a path towards fullness, creativity and abundance of spirit/life force expressing, rather than spending years acting out or healing early wounds.

While it is and has been part of learning and evolving on planet Earth to encounter catalyst for growth, a form of initiation through challenge that many have had Soul contracts to experience during this wrap up at the end of time (as a method for planetary healing, as one can only heal a planet in the free will zone from the inside), I hold the vision that once our work is done, that we no longer need this method of evolution. And that we can explore the second pathway to growth: the path of creation. May we find way to express the infinite light that each of us is conduit for and manifest that light through the transformational pathway of creativity and beauty.

Our planet is a beautiful planet. Filled with luscious nature and flowers and gorgeous animals of all kinds, it is a planet teaming with life. From the macroscopic to the microscopic, every inch of our reality is filled with life. We are not trained to honor this life or to look for the beauty, nor are we trained to create it. Art is often considered a lesser form in education, like a few leaves of salad to garnish the main dish. And even so art is still seen as a product rather than a process. And yet it is the essence of being human to be creative. And the act of creation is inherently healing. Even when used as a way to purge the ugliness of trauma, the art process heals and the results are often turbulently beautiful.

Imagine what our world would look like, just a few generations down the line from now, if healing, love, the creative process and beauty were the cornerstones of our society. Our cities would look very different. Our homes would be playgrounds of expression. The whole world would be a canvas filled with metaphorical gold. I often have visions of this world to be. A world in which the pinnacle of human expression is made manifest, unhindered by the trauma and distortion that has collapsed most of the human Soul.

I have said this many times, but it bares repeating. We have not even scratched the surface of what it means to be human. We have no experience of a humanity without blockages, programming, pain raised in a functional and Spirit centered love based world. We have been manipulated for functioning at 10% capacity for thousands for years, swimming amongst the most toxic energetics. But as the wave of heightened consciousness permeates all, increasingly each day, the artificial blockages to full expression are removed, like a flood of water crashing a dam. And as the water of consciousness flood all, the vision of a new world nears.

Join me in holding a healing vision of beauty for our world. May we radiate our creative essence like stars and shine all colors of the rainbow and more in every aspect of our lives, as we expand into a burst of life force. And may the world be instantly transformed, as it is bathed in streams of colored light and healing sound. And may the new humanity be born.

Gluten Free Thoughts at the End of the World

Detoxing from gluten at the moment, as I go gluten free once again, as per doctor's orders. And I am reminded once again that gluten functions very much like an opiate for people with gluten sensitivity and when going gluten free there can be serious withdrawal symptoms, from dizziness to depression. This may be why many people who have trouble processing trauma turn to bread and cookies for relief. It literally numbs you out at the neurotransmitter level.

My experience in withdrawing from gluten is that it also brings up a bunch of old stuff to be processed. I find this in general with cleansing and deep detox. I remember during my first intense detox, I was also doing my advanced counseling skills training intensive for my masters in Transpersonal Psychology. I did not plan it that way, the two just "happened" to overlap. We were doing group processes all day and I cried at the drop of a hat throughout. It was like I had no filter, no barrier between myself and whatever triggered my emotions. A barrier that was usually well in place. I realized then that something about the food I was eating was acting as an emotional shield. But I also had many breakthroughs and memories of things I had forgotten coming very close to the surface during those two weeks. As a trauma survivor, some of those pieces were important for my own healing.

Physical detox can be a very effective way of accessing the parts of the emotional body we usually silence with food. Gluten and sugar being the two main food drugs of choice for many. There was a therapy center when I was living in London during the 90s that dealt with survivors of serious trauma, not just childhood trauma, but war trauma and torture- serious end of the spectrum stuff that survivors usually shut off. One of the ways they used to help people get in touch with repressed trauma was sleep deprivation. They would run a week long therapy group, during which they did not allow the willing participants to sleep much and around day three "stuff" began to pop out of people's psyches. A die hard approach and not for the faint of heart, but same concept. The idea is to take away some of the ways in which we naturally defend ourselves from challenging and psyche-splitting material. Not suggesting anybody here tries this at home without psych-support from a trained professional, but sharing as this is often the opposite direction we go in as a society.

As a society we are sitting on humongous amounts of pain. Pain from faulty child rearing practices, starting from the very first time we are hang upside down and slapped at birth, to school systems where grades count more than true soul development. Work and economic environment of an increasingly corporate world, in which the psychopathic and the narcissistic are promoted and rewarded. Unstable family units often split by divorce, from which more pain is generated. Not trying to be depressing, but just pointing out that, for many reasons, especially at the level of mass consciousness, we are sitting on an avalanche of unprocessed emotional material, which, as a society, we are constantly engaged in keeping at bay, with things such as sugar and gluten foods, alcohol, cigarettes and psychiatric drugs- and encouraged to do so, as happy slaves make good workers - the fact that its all artificial happy does not seem to matter for the functioning of the "machine".

Wearing one's pain is also seen as a negative thing. People in pain are often judged, marginalized and told to get a grip or get medicated. We are not given the time to process grief , loss, sorrow and setbacks. Even the new spirituality does nothing but point fingers at people who are not smiley happy at all times, which can result in even more isolation, because even sharing of difficulties with spiritual people, often leads to being judged or lectured. I dare to say that much of the new spirituality is nothing but a quick fix approach to a "produce - be happy- be successful" route to consumerist based goals.

But this is not a post on new age bashing. Nor a gripe about the ills of the world. More instead an observation of where we are at, as a collective, as the dysfunctional ethos upon which much of our current world set up is based is coming to a close. Our world as we know it, is collapsing in many ways, and with the death of the American dream and so many people going belly up financially or having huge difficulties holding it all together, many are no longer able to self soothe with externals. We are being brought face to face with our pain, sense of loss, sense of failure in a world that has trained us to think that the only thing that counts is an external form of success. And this is true also for the spiritual people, as so much of our current spiritual mindset of late, has been transformed into the spiritual equivalent of a get rich quick scheme, where what one creates counts more that who one is.

As the props that keep our inner pain together vanish under the tidal wave of change, we will have to dig deeper for our true sense of worth. There will be no more hiding from our inner shadows and for that which lurks under the surface, unhealed.

We are all together wading through our own version of collective sleep deprivation trauma healing workshop. And together we are challenged to let go of the dysfunctional ways of judging ourselves and one another which we have picked up from a society that teaches us to be separate and to prove ourselves to one another through what we have achieved. We are being challenged to move into a new paradigm, that is all about being authentic, frailties, failures, warts and all, where who we are counts more than what we can show in a portfolio or a resume. We are moving into a time in which the inner quality of who we are is the only currency.

This is the stage of our life as humans on the planet, in which we learn about collective compassion. Where we learn to hold our own and each other's journeys in the heart, with all its ugliness and with all its beauty. It is a very Plutonian time, where no stone is left unturned.

The end result is ultimately a coming into oneness, where all journeys are one journey, that we travel as one. A journey into self love and the acceptance, knowing that all the externals are just props on a stage we set up for our own self exploration into meaning. But props that don't define us and that we can shed at any time. Just the container for a Soul story that wanted to be told.

A Time for Unconditional Love and Self-Love

Contrary to popular new age belief, a lot of the issues in our lives, especially right now, as we travel through this intense wrap up phase brought on by the acceleration in the galactic energies, are not the result of law of attraction and negative thoughts, but the result of karmic and soul contracts.

In fact for some people the karmic factor is so huge, that there really is no way of "manifesting" ones way out of it. But you balance out the karma and poof - issue gone.

We are souls who travel through thousands of lives and we are here for very specific reasons. Creating shiny cars , beautiful houses, perfect health, perfect relationships and the perfect life is sometimes part of it, mostly as the goals that lead us forward in our quest for wholeness and self betterment, but lets remember that these are ego desires.

Very often we will be brought to places where we have to let go and be tested and stripped bare and this is not due to our negative thoughts, but it is because this is where our Soul is calling us to so that we may dig within to find something new.

The Secret and many other current new age teachings, instead of teaching us to honor these times of challenge and stripping, teach us that we are somehow defective for not "having created it right". These are teachings focused very much of the material plane and they create a lot of new age guilt in people on the one hand, and judging smug know it all lightworkers on the other hand.

Remember that appearances can be deceptive. In fact, it is often the older Souls that are encountering the deepest challenges, because it takes more to test and stretch an older Soul. Challenges are not a sign of failure or negative thinking, they are just...challenges. And they mean something different to each person, within the context of their own unique Soul evolution.

We need to stay in the moment and be compassionate, as our journey is not another's journey and none of us has walked in another's karmic shoes, nor has the understanding of another Soul contracts and chosen path. We are all exactly where we need to be , learning exactly what we need to learn, wrapping up multi-lifetime issues, as we move into higher light.

As the intensity on planet Earth increases, it is very important that we keep this in mind, both with regards to self and when observing the issues of others, as there is going to be a lot of stripping. And we need to be very gentle with self and others, as this may be a very raw time for many people.

A time for open hearts and unconditional love and self-love ♥

Assisting from a Soul perspective

As we awaken on the spiritual path and we begin to remember and integrate higher truths, as well as new abilities and skills, many of us are overjoyed with the experience of expansion this brings. Our lives suddenly feel more meaningful and we are exposed to experiences that often feel nothing less than extraordinary. May it be communications from beings of high light, awareness of realities beyond the veil or the awakening of powerful psychic and healing abilities, we suddenly feel much bigger and larger than the three-dimensional selves we formerly knew ourselves to be.

For many awakening spiritually also comes with a strong inner feeling of being part of a greater whole. Many experience a calling to something greater than themselves and a renewed sense of purpose, both of which can be exhilarating and rejuvenating to the Spirit. It is only natural and understandable therefore that many of us can’t wait to share our new perceptions, applying our new found knowledge of energy work, intuitive insight and multidimensional perspectives to the benefit of our friends, families and loved ones. And pretty much anybody else who may happen to cross our path. We enthusiastically want to spread the light to all corners of the world.

Our desire to spread our light is natural and in many ways quite wonderful. We feel that with our new found skills and knowledge, we can easily intervene and help others with their journey, providing them with the exact shift in perspective or with just the right tool and powerful healing technique that they need in order to improve their lives. With our valuable input, we reason, we obviously can support those around us to shift and improve their lot in powerful ways. With our help friends, family and loved one can easily begin to actualize their potential and create more positive experiences. So, armed with the best of intentions, we venture out to provide exactly that help, giving that advice, sharing that psychic insight, offering that healing technique and the help we perceive people need. However, even if at a first glance this would seem like a great way to contribute to others’ well-being, we must be aware of some of the spiritual laws that govern this plane. And we also need to understand the dynamics of personal growth from the perspective of Soul evolution.

Free Will and Soul Evolution

We live in a world where Free Will is the name of the game. Souls that incarnate in this plane choose to experience free will as a playground through which to evolve. Once incarnated here, free will is not an option or a choice; it is the foundational metaphysical framework within which this reality manifests. Souls choose to incarnate here so that they may learn to evolve in ways that empower them through the appropriate use of personal will, developing the ability to choose the higher path over the lower path when in incarnated form. These kinds of evolutionary choices create an opportunity for alignment between the personal will and the Will of the Soul and the Divine Will. It is the proactive act of choosing that which is higher that aligns the personality to the Higher Will. It is the proactive embracing of Soul aligned choices that furthers a person’s Soul growth.

The main lesson on this plane of reality is that of aligning the personality with the Soul, while shrouded in density and blinded by the veil. Using the correct alignment of the personal will towards Divine Will and progressively marrying a love based perspective, the personality gradually seeks further and further closeness to the Soul’s agenda. A being in incarnated form is always seeking this alignment and growth, often following mysterious Soul driven pathways of Earth plane experience which do not make a huge amount of sense when seen from an Earth perspective. A dysfunctional relationship may be exactly what a person needs to complete and re-balance a karmic cycle as an abuser in previous lifetimes. A seemingly unfulfilling job may be exactly what a person needs to develop skills needed to carry out a Soul purpose that will activate 10 years down the line. It is easy, without a true Soul perspective, to hinder rather than help when intervening to fix what seems wrong in other people’s lives.

Help as a high guide would

High guides are very careful with their interventions and guidance when dealing with incarnated beings. They seek to empower and to help, paying careful attention not to take people away from their Soul lessons, their Soul’s path and their opportunities for proper use of free will. They do not intervene uninvited: they respect the timing and free will of the personality. They know that only when the student is ready, a teacher can truly be effective. And they are also fully aware of how people’s experiences fit within their karmic growth cycles and they are aware of the karmic repercussions of unrequested interference and inappropriate assistance. So they deliver careful guidance, intervene only when asked and are precise with the quantity and quality of the help they offer. They know full well that they would be depriving the Soul of opportunities for evolution, if they were to operate outside of this careful framework. When thinking of assisting another, it is advisable that we follow in the same footsteps. In some ways, as incarnated beings, we need to abide to an even more stringent framework, exploring our motives for helping even more carefully than our guides do, as blinded by the veil and unaware on this plane of the full scope of the Soul’s plan, it can be even easier for us to intervene in misguided ways, even when armed with the best of intentions.

Be mindful of other peoples Soul’s journey and psychic boundaries

One of the very simple and foolproof ways to make sure we are respecting another Soul’s journey is to not offer unsolicited advice, help or guidance. It is almost always better to wait for another to ask for our help. For a start this is when they are going to be most receptive to hearing it. And it is respectful of the other person’s timetable for Soul growth. If we feel guided to offer help regardless, it is good to ask people if they want our feedback and support, before we deliver any insight, healing or psychic messages. This gives people the opportunity to assess whether they want you to access their field or deliver them psychic information. Any other approach, aside from potentially being unhelpful, constitutes a violation of psychic boundaries. This rule is also important to keep in mind between friends who are mutually psychic.

Just because friends are psychic, this does not mean that they are allowing permanent access to each other’s energy field. Remember to check with each other if feedback is wanted first. Make this a habit with all the people you know. And make sure that when you ask people permission to access them, to do so in a way in which they feel free and comfortable in declining your offer. Reassure them that you will not take offense. And if you find that you cannot have your help declined without feeling hurt, check your motives for offering help in the first place. You may have a hidden agenda, unconscious even to yourself.

Trust in people’s ability to follow their Soul’s path

In general, develop an attitude of trust. Trust that your loved ones have the ability to grow and to follow their own Soul’s guidance. Trust that Spirit is supporting them in growing as much as it is supporting you. Trust that each one of us is taken care of by God/Goddess/All That Is in wonderful if yet mysterious ways. Making sure that things work out is not all up to you. God/Goddess would never overwhelm you with that kind of burden. Your intervention may be necessary and welcome, but also consider it may be a way for you to reduce your own anxiety and fears that your loved ones are unable to change. Observe your energy of your offer of help. Recognize that when you offer healing or guidance to others based on a belief that they are unable to change on their own, that you are sending them an unconscious message that they do not have the strength, power or ability to take charge of their own lives, to listen to their Soul or to heal. This is a message based in fear and it is always dis-empowering to the person you are assisting. And it may even block them in their evolution.

You will have noticed that people often resist attempts for healing and intervention. It is not necessarily the healing attempt or the offer that they are resisting, but the negative unconscious message that they are receiving from us that state that they are not good enough or that they are not able to handle their own lives. Healing offered from this place is always met with some degree of resistance and rarely produces positive change. Notice when people resist your help and check if there are any negative messages you are sending out.

An offer of healing is not always an offer of love.

An offer of healing can sometimes be an attempt to manipulate, control, gain status or overpower. Make sure your offerings are coming from a high place, devoid of a lower-self agenda. Many of us slip into this one from time to time and some of us, still a little young on the path, do this on a regular basis. We offer healing that looks like support, but that is actually a way for us to get our foot in the door of our friend's of loved on's psyche, so we can manipulate or control outcomes. Or so that we may feel superior, in our position of know-it-all healer or psychic, which is just a misguided way to boost our own self-esteem.

This sounds really devious and you may be tempted to say “No, I do not do that”, but look again, as it can be subtle. Observe yourself. Do you make suggestions to others who have not requested them, either to feel better about yourself or from your lower selves’ perspective that you actually know what is good for the other person? The latter is especially tempting between family members or close friends. “If only so and so would wake up and see that he needs to do X. If he did X, like I believe he should, his life would shift. Let me subtly suggest to him that he do X. How can I get him to do X”. The truth is, who knows if X is what is best for this person. It may be, it may be not. It may be that going down this so called “wrong” road is the quickest path towards change for this person. The quickest path this Soul has chosen to hit bottom with his patterns, so that he may make an abrupt U-turn. It is wiser to not assume that we know what is good for another. We may think we do, but often we don’t.

Especially with our loved ones, we are often too close to see clearly. Hence it is best for our interventions to be pondered carefully, stripped of the lower self agenda and delivered tactfully and with precision. Where am I coming from in offering advice? Did my friend ask for this advice? Why do I feel I need to give it anyway? Is it to make myself feel better? Or so that I do not feel anxiety about their stuckness? Is it about trying to change this person’s behavior so as to eliminate the problems I perceive they are creating in my life? Is it so that I can get the person to change according to my agenda? Am I doing this for me or for them? Always tune in with yourself and your guidance before offering advice or healing. Examine your motives. Ask your guides for an effective and agenda free delivery. Ask if what you are doing is truly for the benefit of their Soul or if it is actually for your own benefit. About 90% of the time you will find yourself deciding that non-intervention is the highest path, as it may be the option that is most trusting and most honoring of the other and their chosen path.

Teach through example, rather than telling people what to do

The best way to advise and teach those close to us is almost always through example. Model the behavior you want the other to embrace. Follow your own path with integrity and soon others will do the same. Focus on filling yourself with light and love and joy and forgiveness and see how quickly people will gravitate towards you and ask you for your support directly. Embody the vibration of love within your own life and quickly others will follow suit. Set the energy, lift the vibration and other soon will raise to match your consciousness stream, coming into resonance with your positivity, passion and joy. Release your loved ones from your expectations and from the judgments of what they are doing wrong. Love them unconditionally for who they are. You will notice that this alone, this unconditional acceptance, will often give them the freedom they need to transform. They may choose a different way from the one you would have chosen for them. And they may transform away from you. Let this be ok with you. Allow your loved ones to change in the way most harmonious for their Soul’s growth and ask Spirit to support you if any separations occur. Know that there will always be an abundance of love for you and many friends and loved ones for you to play with, even if the names of the people around you may happen to change, as is often the case with people traveling on pathways of accelerated evolution. Allow for transformation to happen around you in the most natural and unhindered ways, trusting that all is well.

Support people’s change energetically

Offer support to others by holding high and positive images of them. If people close to you are behaving in ways that you feel challenging, hold evolved images of them in your mind and treat them as if they were already evolved. When we hold evolved images of our loved ones, every time they think of us they tap into their highest essence. Every time they interact with us, they rise to their highest expression. Our judgments and our making them wrong, ironically trap them into lower behaviors, as they respond to our lower broadcast about who they are in kind. Keep your images high, even the images you have of yourself. Hold images of yourself as loving, patient, allowing and positively supportive. Empower the people around you with a steady broadcast of love. Bless your loved ones and friends with an energetic transmission of trust and faith in their potential and of their ability to grow as their Soul desires. Evolve the Warrior Within

These are very volatile times. Lots of tension, big issues going on in the world, etc. And some of which we discuss on here and on my FB profile. However a word of caution. Our job as workers of the light and truth warriors is to shine light, yes, expose, yes, take action, yes, but we need to stay out of two toxic extremes. Toxic extreme number 1- All is good light and fluffy and lets not talk about the bad guys, dark side (very common to many lightworkers). Toxic extreme 2- Lets hang the bad guys by the balls, throw epithets at them and go into hate "us versus them" thinking (very common amongst the light warriors).

I have spoken at length about toxic extreme number 1 in various articles. You can find them here my blog under the planetary healing and collective shift labels. The second extreme I am addressing now.

Remember you are not here to hate, be revengeful, seek and destroy. Hate, seek and destroy is the lower incarnation of the warrior, vibrating in 4D. If as a light warrior, info warrior, you go down this route regularly, you just become the other side of the polarity. Nothing changes, just a different version of the polarity game. We all go there occasionally and that is ok, but make sure this is not your ongoing M.O., as its not all that helpful in the long run. Also remember that there is nothing empowered about hate, in fact the entities love to chomp on that stuff. They don't care who you are angry at as long as they have some lower chakra juice to feast on. So...don't feed the dark astrals ;-) lol ... they are fat enough already.

The goal we are aiming for here, I feel, is balance. Looking at what is, dark side included, stepping out of delusion and breaking the programming, but then we need to stay centered and focused and firm. Be solid and adult in your energy. Keep your inner adolescent in check. Rebellion for rebellion's sake does not help forge new paths. In fact in most cases it just attracts a reaction, which slaps you back down. You are still playing the game.

Go into your higher self. Look at unresolved anger and unfinished business with authority figures, present life and past. Ask spirit to clear them. And then from a higher vantage point, you may see things differently, without the drama.

As human beings we have addiction to drama. It makes us feel we are making a difference, but that's not always the case. We move energy that way for sure, but sometimes its just a chaotic vortex, swirls of energy which ultimately stay put. Firm steady directed energy and the setting of clear intent and boundaries goes further than screaming at so called enemies. It cuts through the energy with empowerment and creates a way through.

Remember that there is a vantage point, a higher self birds eye view, from which the dark is serving an awakener purpose, as things can only go so far as we allow them. The dark tests our boundaries and self worth and self love as individuals and as humanity. It also tests the quality of our light: do we keep our love and integrity in the face of adversity or do we descend into conflict and rage? While a little conflict and rage is understandable at times, especially while we are releasing old stuff, when all is said and done, aim to be the noblest incarnation of humanity you can be.

When in doubt ask: what would the noble self do? What would true courage and integrity say or do? There is a way to hold strength and love at the same time. For us now an opportunity to discover what that way may be and the true essence of being the best of being human. We have not even scratched the surface of our potential.

A Case for Psychological Astrology

This is an article I wrote in 2002, when I was still a baby astrologer and metaphysician, as part of my Transpersonal Psychology Masters Degree Program. I submitted it as the final paper of the Psychological Personality Theories class, with permission from my very open minded instructor, to make a case that astrology too had personality theories, which preceded or paralleled modern psychology, and to make the case for astrology as a serious psychological tool.

Astrology, defined as both a science and a healing art, is a collection of ancient wisdom and empirical observations passed down through time, linking the positions and movement of the stars and planets in our solar system to individual and collective events and behaviors on Earth. Extremely respected in ancient times, astrology is now mostly disregarded as a serious discipline by the intellectuals and scientists of our day, who believe it to be a strangely surviving set of obsolete superstitions, appealing to the gullibility and curiosity of the uneducated masses. For the world of science astrology is indeed dead.

Having emerged from the intense studying and training required in order to become a physicist, I also held the scientific view outlined above. I had heard the explanation that astrology was based on the old medieval cosmology that saw the Earth at the center of the Solar System, rendering any further interest in astrology ridiculous and, like many others, never gave it a deeper thought after that. I rejected astrology on the basis of this assumption alone. Even once I separated myself from the world of science and became interested in metaphysics and spirituality, I continued to show no interest or respect for astrology. One day though, after a long day at work, I just happened to browse through the astrology section at a local store and picked up a fairly basic relationship astrology text book and found in it such an accurate description of my latest sadly ended relationship, I was taken aback. This was no ordinary relationship, with no ordinary man and I was slightly stunned that just by matching our data, as exemplified in the book, I would get such an accurate profile. I thought this to be a coincidence, of course, but my curiosity was piqued and I left the bookstore with a bunch of “learning astrology” type texts, determined to look into this more. Arrived home I decided to take the following week off work, study all of the books, in order to have finished with astrology by the end of the week (a result of an obsession with learning I would later learn to be characteristic of my Moon in Gemini square Pluto/Uranus and Mercury exactly sextile Pluto).

I immediately realized that my notion that astrology was faulty by definition, for being an Earth-centered system, was wrong. Astrology was purposely choosing Earth as the center of its reference system, because interested in the effects of the cosmos on Earth, seeing events through the Earth lens. Choosing a reference point and coordinate system appropriate to the experiment at hand was a perfectly acceptable thing to do from a scientific standpoint. Far from having exhausted the subject, by the end of the week, I had more questions than I had answers. Astrology, that I had until that day associated with the columns in newspapers and women’s magazines, was a much more complex and subtle discipline than I had ever anticipated. It was far more scientific, even at a first glance, than I ever thought, full of mathematical concepts and psychological explanations. The reading of the birth chart seemed to be such a complicated affair, that, even with my extensive scientific training, I felt lost amongst the multitude of variables. I realized that to understand if astrology truly worked or not, something that I was now determined to find out, I had to study it properly, aware that I had just scratched the surface, none the wiser about it’s intricate workings. It was so that, at 29 years old, I joined my first astrology class, with slight embarrassment at first, but determined to figure astrology out, to see if this was the mambo-jumbo I had always believed it to be or if there was more to the ancient art.

Needless to say, I encountered little mambo-jumbo, but much incredible wisdom, depth and knowledge. I continued with my studies, becoming a student at the Faculty for Astrological Studies in London, gaining their Certificate and working through most of the Diploma program. I now use astrology as part of my healing work and consider it an invaluable tool for introspection, diagnosis and psychological insight. At some point along the journey I stopped the constant questioning of the validity of astrology. Astrology had proven itself to me many times over. To this day, I have yet to stop marveling at its accuracy and depth in assessing and understanding the multifaceted personalities and growth cycles of my friends, family and clients.

But, what is astrology and how does it work?

Astrology is a very vast science that studies the relationship between the planets and stars seen as influencing every aspect of life on Earth. The philosophical assumption of astrology is the “as above, so below” principle, first mentioned by the Greek philosopher Plotinus. "As without, so within" is also Huston Smith’s understanding of the philosophical basis of the ancient art, when he states "the isomorphism of man and the cosmos is a basic premise of the traditional outlook". This premise develops into the idea that the character and destiny of an individual human being are reflected in the configuration of the cosmos at the moment of birth precisely because that person embodies the divine will of that moment. This idea has also been expressed as the “macrocosm within the microcosm”, a principle that is now finding validity within the realm of holographic science and fractal mathematics with studies indicating the repetition of the images and themes of the whole in the most minute sections of it.

As the scope of astrology is huge, I will here concentrate on the aspects of the science relative to the individual, it’s behavior and development, better known as psychological astrology and the study of the birth chart.

Psychological Astrology and the Birth Chart

The birth chart is a freeze frame of the picture of the sky at the time and place of birth. The drawing of the birth chart (a long involved set of calculations, now become instant, with the advent of computers) is quite simply the plotting of the map of the Solar System centered on Earth and the client for that particular moment in time and space. This process is also known as the casting of the horoscope. The astrologer will first draw a circle divided into twelve zodiac signs. Then will calculate the ascendant and divide the circle further into twelve houses. The astrologer will then plot the positions of the ten planets (the sun and moon are considered planets in this context), the Mid-Heaven, the Nodes and other astronomical data. The particular combination of planet, sign and house placements along with other variables in the chart is mostly unique for each individual and is believed, in psychological astrology, to give access to a minefield of information regarding the client’s personality, childhood issues, repressed material, spiritual yearnings, life themes, challenges, psychological development and life cycles.

Taking a snapshot into the various components of the chart, we can briefly delineate their psychological interpretations from an astrological prospective (with a special emphasis on “brief”, as volumes could be written about each one of them).

The twelve zodiac signs represent the “quality of the experience” and are divided into different subgroups by polarity (negative and positive), triplicity/mode (cardinal, fixed and mutable) and quadruplicity/element (earth, fire, air and water). The negative/positive polarity has been associated to the Ying/Yang, the masculine /feminine and the introversion/extraversion of Jungian psychology. The modes represent three ways of approaching the world, typically the “cardinal” mode being one of initiative and molding of one’s environment, the “fixed” mode being one of stability, perseverance and conservation of energy and the “mutable” mode one of adaptability and flexibility. The elements are yet another differentiation in the qualities of expression, water being associated to the emotions and feelings, air with thinking and the mind, earth with physicality and material world and fire with action, creativity and instinct.

The ten planets represent the “energy building blocks” of the personality itself. The Sun and Moon represent the paternal and maternal influences, the masculine/feminine polarity, the ego and the feeling nature. The inner planets represent the personality’s style, Mercury embodying the mind and communication, Venus the artistic and love nature, Mars the aggressive/assertive nature, the sexuality and the personal drive. Jupiter represents expansion and growth whilst Saturn restriction and limitation. The placement of Saturn often indicates areas in which the individual is challenged or wrestles with it’s own fears. Saturn is also seen as the boundary between the personal and transpersonal. The outer planets, also called transpersonal planets, represent the energies that take the individual out of itself or connect it to a larger whole. These slow moving planets, that take years to travel through a sign, influence generations through the individuals that embody them and are the clocks that shape the times. Uranus shows where one brakes from the mold and challenges the status quo sometimes with rebellious flashes of insight. Neptune is the way in which the quest to transcend the self is manifested or alternatively how one chooses to escape reality. The placements of Pluto show us the areas of deep transformation, often through a non-gentle process of psychological death and rebirth, of the collective and individual psyche. Many depth psychologists have a prominent Pluto in their chart. Pluto is also connected to the use and misuse of power, with many politician and influential people carrying this energy.

The twelve houses represent the “areas in which the experience is focused”. When many planets fall in a house, that house becomes prominent for the individual. A brief summary of their meanings. 1House- the Self and the physical body. 2H-Money, values and possessions. 3H-Communication and learning. 4H- Home, family, roots, the mother. 5H-Creative expression, affairs, children. 6H- Health, routine, small animals. 7H- Marriage, business partners, open enemies. 8H- Death, rebirth, transformation, sex, taboos and the occult. 9H- Higher learning, philosophy, the law, universities. 10H- Career, the father. 11H- Groups, friends, humanitarian goals. 12H- The subconscious, retreats, ashrams and prisons.

There are other points of meaning in the chart. The Ascendant or rising sign- representing the public self, the behavior the individual displays as it first socially interacts with its environment. The Descendant- representing the qualities we seek in a partner. The IC- representing the qualities of our most inner self. The MC or Midheaven - indicating the qualities we are looking to embody through the career and chosen vocation.

Putting together this vast array of data is the job and art of the astrologer. The relationships between all components are observed through a series of rules and laws that are beyond the scope of this paper. They delineate an incredibly detailed picture of the personality structure of the individual, not limited to the description of personality types, but comprehensive of a wealth of information regarding their inner world. It is possible, for example, to see physical, emotional and sexual abuse within the birth chart, the quality of the upbringing and relationship with parents, abandonment issues, relationship issues (just to name a few) making psychological astrology an incredible diagnostic tool for the counseling arts as well as an excellent tool for self-exploration.

Astrology also allows the mapping of the unfoldment and development of the individual in time, through the observation of the movement of the planets in the sky and an array of mathematical techniques. It is amazing to see how the natural cycles of the macrocosm are reflected into our lives, delineating a cyclical nature of time that is common to all beings that inhabit it. Personal crises are predictable in astrology as well as the psychological focus of the crisis itself. The nature of the challenge is easily identified by the transiting planet in question, illuminating thus the nature and deeper meaning of the issue. And-something that clients are often delighted to hear- predicting the time period by which the crisis will subside.

Astrology is a very ancient science present right from the beginning of the first complex civilizations (Sumerians, Egyptians). The psychological aspect of astrology has evolved with man and often in parallel with psychology itself. I would dare to say that astrology was the psychology before psychology, as before the Copernican revolution astrology, science, philosophy and psychology were pretty much an undifferentiated whole. After the split between the sciences and other disciplines, mainly fueled by a desire for autonomy from the rigid churches of the times, most astrologers became merely astronomers in a world that glamorized logic over the more subtle inner workings of the Soul. For a few centuries astrology suffered a dark night of the soul, falling almost into oblivion and pursued by few. It re-emerged between the end of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th through the works of Alan Leo, Madame Blavatsky and the Theosophical Society with renewed and deepened thrust. This was also the time in which Sun sign astrology was invented, the common kind of astrology we see in newspaper and magazines. This phenomenon had the double effect of spreading astrological knowledge to a wider audience as well as resulting in a severe trivialization of some of its concepts, that has contributed to giving astrology a bad name to this day.

As astrology was emerging from its deep sleep in modern form, depth psychology was birthing through the works of Freud and Jung. From this point onwards the development of psychological astrology runs very much parallel to the development in psychological thought, sometimes influencing it, as in the case of Jungian concepts, sometimes being influenced by it.

Astrology and Depth Psychology

Jung was the first to recognize the vast potential of astrology as a tool for exploring the depths of the human psyche. In various writings throughout his life, Jung made reference to his profound respect for astrology. He asserted that astrology had a great deal to contribute to psychology and admitted to having employed it with some frequency in his analytic work with clients. In cases of difficult psychological diagnosis, Jung would draw up a horoscope in order to have a further point of view from an entirely different angle. "I must say," said Jung, "that I have very often found that the astrological data elucidates certain points which I otherwise would have been unable to understand. From such experiences I formed the opinion that astrology is of particular interest to the psychologist, since it contains a sort of psychological experience which we call ‘projected’ – this means that we find the psychological facts as it were in the constellations”.

Jung regarded the signs and planets of astrology as symbols of archetypal processes that originated in the collective unconscious. He viewed the archetypes as both subjective and objective, evident not only in the innate ideas of human consciousness but also in the fundamental processes of nature, of which the planets and their motions are a part. Jung also recognized that astrology could be used as a means to identify periods of life crises, as human experience seemed to correlate to planetary motion. He stated that he had observed many cases where a well-defined psychological phase had been accompanied by a planetary transits. Although Jung never developed any systematic theory of astrology, it appears that his own theory of analytical psychology was heavily influenced by it. There are so many parallels that one is almost forced to conclude that at least some of his major concepts were borrowed directly from astrology. The most striking similarities appear in the delineation of the two attitudes of extraversion and introversion, corresponding to the positive and negative astrological polarities and the obvious parallels between the four Jungian functions and the astrological elements. Others include the ego/Sun, the persona/Ascendant, the shadow/Pluto, the anima/Venus, the animus/Mars, and collective unconscious/Neptune. Planetary aspect patterns have also been equated to Jung’s “psychic complexes” and there is evidence that Jung developed his ideas on synchronicity through observing the correspondences between events and planetary positions.

Often criticized by the members of the psychological world, Jung’s ideas had much influence on the development of deep psychological interpretations within the astrological arena, with many astrologers incorporating his ideas within the astrological framework.

Astrology and Humanistic Psychology

The first and most renowned of these was Dane Rudhyar (1895-1985). Born in Paris (France) he was awarded a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy by the famous Sorbonne University by the time he was sixteen. At this young age he had also already published a book on Debussy and the cyclical nature of time, already containing within many of the philosophical concepts that he would develop thoroughly later in life. He also had already become an accomplished pianist and was making his debut as a budding composer. In 1916 he immigrated to the United States where he lived most of his life mainly between New York, California and New Mexico. Dane Rudhyar was an extraordinary man of many talents, that remained by choice a “generalist”, excelling at and leaving a formidable number of books and works in the areas of astrology, philosophy, psychology, poetry, art and music, exceeding 1000 articles and twenty books in field of astrology alone. It is a challenge to convey the depth of Rudhyar’s work in just a few paragraphs without oversimplifying it and I highly recommend the direct reading of his work.

Rudhyar’s first encounter with astrology was in the US, through his association with the Theosophical Society. His early works (1930’s-1940’s) were influenced by their ideas, eastern philosophy and the reading of Jung. At this stage, that he later labeled ”harmonic astrology”, Rudhyar viewed the birth chart as a living mandala, the planets and chart’s components as the archetypes who’s interrelationships (aspects) represented the archetypal forces attempting to transform into an integrated whole. He viewed the process of Jungian individuation as implicit in every horoscope.

In the 1960’s, influenced by the humanistic psychology of Rogers and Maslow, Rudhyar created “person-centered astrology” as opposed to “event orientated astrology”. The person was no longer seen, as in more traditional astrology, as at the mercy of external planetary forces, but events and planetary cycles were now the symbolic language through which the person could grow and unfold. “Essentially” states his wife in her summary of his ideas “ events do not happen to persons, persons happen to events-that is, the meaning a person gives to an event, and the response he or she makes to it, are more important than the specific nature of the event itself ".

In this stage Rudhyar also further emphasized his attention to planetary cycles, seeing transits and aspects as representative of specific phases of longer cycles of development stemming from the birth chart, in the ongoing process of growth leading to inexorable self-realization. He viewed the birth chart as a seed-plan, showing the person’s unique path of development and potential, in which the divine essence of the core Self could be understood within the framework of a purposeful universe.

In his later years Rudhyar developed his astrology further, giving birth to “transpersonal astrology”. He now encouraged the individual to transcend its potential by using every circumstance, event, tension and crisis to overcome restriction form the past and from social and mental habits in order to ascend to a much greater spiritual field of activity and consciousness.

Rudhyar was instrumental in bringing Astrology to the American public through his many articles published in specialized and general interest magazines and his works were read extensively by young people in the 60’s, resulting in the birth of a new generation of college educated astrologers that further revitalized the profession.

Astrology's Psychology Continues to Evolve

The application of modern psychological principles within the field of astrology continues to this day, having differentiated in many and varied approaches to the round art. Examples of this are Jungian schools of astrology such as the CPA in London founded by Liz Greene and the late Howard Sasportas and the wide publication of their many combined works of Jungian persuasion. Further developments in the filed of humanistic astrology are exemplified by the great work of Stephen Arroyo and others such as Zyporah Dobyns, Richard Idemon and Robert Hand. Also other trends have been explored, as for example, the application of the ideas of psycho-synthesis, Roberto Assagioli’s psychology of sub-personalities, where each component of the chart is seen as a sub-personality and the chart dynamics as the dialogue between them in their striving for harmony and wholeness. Also worthy of mention are recent works by Robert Blaschke, an emerging contemporary astrologer. Blaschke has delineated, through the study of the technique of progressions, an astrological development theory that shows how all later planetary cycles and events are recorded within the progressions of the first six and a half years of life. His theory confirms psychology’s theories arguing the supreme relevance of early childhood experiences in the shaping of the human psyche.

The parallels between psychology and astrology and the healing value of using both methods combined is vastly recognized in the astrological community, where many astrologers are now also counselors and therapists, with many astrological schools offering training in both subjects. The psychological world has been more resistant in incorporating the wealth of knowledge that astrology has to offer in any meaningful manner. Maybe if a scientific proof of the validity of astrology were found, cosmic influences on human behavior would be more readily accepted by all. But, is it possible to prove astrology?

A Possible Theory for the Validity of Astrology

Shunned for years by the scientists, astrologers themselves have sometimes become timid in claiming an objective physical proof behind astrology, often describing it as an amazingly accurate but purely symbolic system. Until recently Michael Gauquelin was one of the only to venture into a statistical analysis of the subject, as the statistical variables in astrology are so numerous and the chart calculations so laborious. With the advent of computers and the development of effective astrological software, many more attempts to statistically research astrology are being made. Might I add these attempts are being made mostly by astrologers rather than scientists, as scientists, with few exceptions, condemned astrology long time ago, with hardly any serious research to back their claims. Mark McDonough at AstroDataBank is one of the brave astrologers currently doing some very accurate scientific statistical research, that I am sure will soon be producing very revealing results.

Personally, since my first real understanding of astrology, I have always intuitively felt that a system as complex and as accurate as this, must have true physical explanations at its root. Recent astronomical findings have shown that the movements of the planets and the angles between them influence the electromagnetic field of the Sun. And it is a well-known fact that the electromagnetic field of the Sun influences the electromagnetic field of the Earth. We have plenty of evidence of these effects exemplified by phenomena such as the aurora borealis also known as the “northern lights”. In his book “ The scientific basis of astrology” Dr. Percy Seymour, an English astronomer, at one time principle lecturer at the University of Plymouth, supports this theory of local geo-electromagnetic field variations as the very likely explanation of the phenomenon of astrology. Seymour hypothesizes that the local geo-electromagnetic effects on the developing fetus might be the reasons for which astrology works.

My personal opinion is that the explanation of how astrology works becomes self-evident, if we accept that the human being is not just comprised of its physical vehicle, but also of an electromagnetic field (or a subtle energy field of a nature we have not yet fully grasped). I feel that astrology is nothing but the imprint of the localized electromagnetic field, defined at the time and place of birth, on the yet undefined energy field of the newborn baby. I feel that as soon as the baby’s energy field separates from that of the mother at the moment of birth, it is as if the baby’s new independent and unformed energy field is literally stamped with the frequency patterns of the local geo-magnetic field. A geo-magnetic field that is modulated by the positions of the planets at the time and place of birth and the angles between them, as a consequence of the distortions that the relative movement of the planets create first in the field of the Sun and consequently on that of the Earth. The frequency stamp remains as an underlying influence for the rest of the life and is subsequently triggered by successive movements of the planets relative to the positions at birth, triggering the imprinted frequencies and stimulating particular aspects of the psyche associated with them. I see this as a process similar to a musical instrument's strings entering into resonance with a note that is played on a matching frequency. The human energy field can be seen as containing many frequencies imprinted at birth that are being played like an instrument by the planets as they trace angular significant positions, corresponding to particular frequency signatures, as they travel in their cyclical paths across the solar system.

If we allow for the existence of the human electromagnetic field, the proof for astrology might just be right in front of our noses. To the people that argue that gravitational and electromagnetic distortions are numerically far too small to account for the claims of astrology, the advent of chaos theory, that postulates that the smallest perturbations can create extremely significant consequences, might eventually provide an answer. If the flap of the wings of a butterfly in America can be the cause of a tornado in China, the notion that the small field variations caused by the motion of the planets might have an influence on a human energy field does not seem that far fetched. Maybe the days of the proof of astrology are not so far after all.

On Sensitivity, Light and Boundaries

Wanting to be always light and only in the middle of light, not looking at things because they are to negative for our sensitivities can lead to a sanitized spirituality where we can only love what is easy to love and only be within what is easy to be within. While appropriate boundaries are always called for (do not let people treat you bad), rejecti...ng others or situations because they are too dark, too bad, too negative for our sensitivities, is I think missing the point.

Look below the surface: place boundaries if needed, but also always seek to understand and limit rather than judge and reject. The end result may be the same (those people are no longer in our lives and those situations limited), but the energy is different, softer.

Also regarding sensitivities to situations, the same applies. Take care of self , of course, and pull out of situations that are harmful. But again, you may choose to do this without judging or rejecting that which is left behind. Choosing not to do something and rejecting it/ judging it are two different things. We can let go of people and energies without slicing them and dicing them with cutter blades on the way out ;-) ( this is a metaphor of course ;-))

And then there are many situations in which we are called to walk through the dark, shine the light, bring the healing..... Knowing which situation calls for boundaries and which for healing is of course a subtle distinction to which only our own personal heart and soul have the answer.

Affirmation and Vision : Money

I release all judgments about money, conscious and unconscious. Although money on this planet has been historically used for ill, I recognize that it is necessary for taking care of base chakra needs, so one can then focus on other things; and that it can be also used to create great things in alignment with service to others goals.

I allow for angelic money and ab...undance to come into my life, so I may use it to support myself and others. And so that I may use it to actualize my mission. I release all judgments, not worthy of statements, its too hard statements and I align with the universal flow which always provides. I allow for the universe to provide for me easily and effortlessly and in synchronicity ways that connect me with others in positive exchange.

I visualize money as a heart chakra exchange of giving, rather than a solar plexus game of taking and overpowering. Giving and sharing is the new paradigm and I allow my heart chakra to open to receive, so I can then again give with my heart, generously, to others in return. And then may we heart to heart, circulate wealth and the creations resulting from giving, in a unified circle of generosity and love.

This is my vision for the now age, as we gradually move into the new paradigms to be. The higher purpose of the hardship that many are experiencing, is here so we can learn to give and receive. By receiving my learn to heal the all that is closed and contracted. And by Giving freely we learn to step out of scarcity into love and trust in the infinite supply.

Helping each other we heal all separation and thrive, as we learn to live in the compassionate heart. And true community is created once more on planet Earth. This is my vision for today.

Embodying the Energy of Future Intent

When the world becomes chaotic, we can join in the chaos or hold a vibration of peace; when the world become fearful we can join the panic or hold the vibration of stillness; when the world becomes angry and vengeful, we can join in the rage or hold a vibration of equanimity and poised inner power, that does not need to chase or punish; when the world begins to despair we can join the desperation or hold a vibration of hope.

As we move deeper into transition and the currents of the world become volatile and turbulent and emotional bodies match events with equal turbulence and intensity, it is an act of collective wisdom to step out of the dominant vibration and hold a steady vibrational place for something higher, embodying the higher octave of the current situation. Where there are lies, hold a place for truth. Where there is conflict, hold the space for solutions. Where there is confusion, hold the place for clarity.

Embody the vibration that you are choosing to be a placeholder for. Ask to be energetically connected to the higher octave of the vibration you want to hold. Energies exist on the higher dimensions in their pure form. You can literally tap into the energy of clarity, connect your crown and chakras to it and download it into your field. This way you will vibrate in tune with that energy and then also become a transmitter and broadcasting station of that frequency, to which then others can align (if they so choose).

We are flooded daily, bombarded even, with negative energies that keep us stuck in the lower chakras. Some of this is by design. Some is just the side effect of a world in chaotic transition between one phase and the next. But it does not take much to still vibration. Like a magnet amongst iron filings, a strong intent, can create great alignment in a chaotic environment. This is simple physics, as we are energetic beings.

Became a broadcast station for the optimal vibration of future intent. Be the vibrational place of rest and refuge. Be a holder of balance and strength. Embody the wisdom and stillness of the oak tree, that observes and hold space, without losing its position.

And watch as the chaotic waves of your immediate collective begin to match yours. Be a beacon from the higher octave of being and know that soon the world will follow suit

Generations for Positive Change

In the last newsletter we talked about the shifts that were occurring energetically in each of our bodies as we received and then integrated a wave of particularly intense light coming in from the galactic core. And I also said at the time that, by the end of September and beginning of October, we would be using this increased light as empowerment and action in the outer world.

This has indeed began to occur as many are now shifting into a deeper level of their mission. Or at least, lets say that there are several groups of light holders that are doing so at this time. As I have spoken about before in some of my articles for Paradigm Shift, some of which you can find on my website http://www.cosmicessence.com, free of charge, the Earth plane has seen an influx of old souls incarnating here since the beginning of world war two, in successive waves of groups of Souls, each matching particular astrological signatures. Each generation of incarnated old Souls had a task to carry out. And a particular quality of light to bring forward. And each generation has paved the way for the next generation to come. And now we are moving into the crunch time, as we approach the dimensional shift point, with all the right Souls positioned in the right places, to do what it is that they have come to do.

Generations of Souls Carry Specific Vibrations

Each wave of incarnating Souls carries its own signature vibration. In evolutionary astrology the Soul is symbolized by Pluto, so we can look at Pluto (and the outer planets in general) to get an idea of the energy signatures carried by each group of Souls whose mission has been to pioneer the consciousness shift, as this is the axis on which those Souls will manage to channel their light more favorably whilst in Earth embodiment.

Pluto In Leo (Neptune in Libra)

The first group we are going to look at, from an astrological standpoint, is the group born in the 40s and 50s (1939-1956), the Souls who were at the root of the Sixties' Revolution. These Souls created a potent shift within the collective consciousness, which many of us still refer to right now for inspiration with regards to the civil rights movement, the peace movement and the first modern inclines towards a free form spirituality, outside of traditional parameters (think East West blend, meditation, chakras being introduced into the western world).

This was also the time in which the human potential movement was born and great strides were made in a psychology aiming at liberating the spirit. In fact this was a very creative and positive time in the psychological and personal growth field, before the great clamp down we now have, which has turned all human angst into psychiatric labels where problems are solved with pills.

If we were to sum up the vibration brought forward by this group of Souls, we could probably say that it was the vibration of creative freedom...Freedom to love, freedom to color outside the lines, freedom to express and freedom to just be oneself. Pluto in Leo shows the pull away from societal norms, towards a more individualized expression (Leo is the sign of individuality and creative expression of the Self, with all the drawbacks that this can also have, which are, however, beyond the scope of this brief newsletter). Many of these Souls also have Neptune in Libra as an astrological signature, which is a placement that indicates aspiring for an ideal of justice, peace and balance, as well as receptivity to music, poetry and all that is beautiful. I think we can all agree that all of these energies were present during the sixties , which, peace and civil rights movement aside, was also a very creative time musically and artistically, with amazing song writers, musicians and poets emerging during that time.

Pluto/Uranus in Virgo (Neptune in Scorpio)

After which we have my generation, the ones that were born during the 60s (1962-1969 in particular) and who carry the vibration of that time, represented astrologically by the Pluto Uranus in Virgo conjunction, in our energy field and electromagnetic make up. Each one of us is, energetically, a mini walking revolution, as we literally have the energy pattern that was present during the sixties phenomena, inside our energy field. This is a generation of hard to pin down, hard to rope in, system busters.

Many of this generation early in their lives were described as slackers as they did not like to participate in the status quo and therefore often did not settle into any clear work pattern. Their personal lives have not always been easy, because they carry within the energy of turbulence and change. Their job was to refuse to adapt, to break down the mold, to expose all that is not true and to be unwilling to play the game. Sometimes even at great personal cost, might I add. Its not comfortable to live with the the energy of Pluto Uranus inside, as it is a an energy that is constantly asking for transformation and transmutation and it can be quite hard on the Earthly parts of the self that needs some kind of routine and continuity... I know this one first hand ;-)

Astrologically, the Pluto Uranus conjunction, generates an energy that is a mix between a rebel and a nuclear bomb. A good combo when used wisely if incarnating in a system that needs to be radically changed and exploded from the inside out - which was this generation's job. This generation did not create a group revolution, but , armed with Virgo analysis and critiquing skills, they questioned every system they were placed in and have been the foundation for the exposure of "all that is rotten in Denmark", so to speak. A challenging combination on the personal level at times, as ticking time bombs don't always make for the most tranquil domesticity ;-) lol ...many of this generation have married late or not at all, have cycled through many jobs and experienced much discontinuity of lifestyle, as they traveled through the Earth plane rebelling to the system and breaking up patterns.

Just on a side note, many of these souls are highly technical and many computer geeks and software programmers have emerged from this group. While the sixties generation created songs and poems, this generation developed the internet, computers technology, and much of the alternative healing technologies. Uranus is a very tech friendly planet and it plays a big role with these natives.

Pluto in Libra (Neptune in Sagittarius)

The next generation is the Pluto in Libra generation, born in the 70s and early 80s (1972-1983). This generation's focus is to restore balance and fairness in all forms. Pluto in Libra is willing to die for piece, creating ironically the signature of a dedicated warrior of the light, a mixture between an eagle (Pluto) and a Dove (Libra), depending on what the situation requires. Many with also Neptune in Sagittarius also carry the Sagittarius's idealistic focus towards freedom, truth and embrace the explorer spirit. They are free spirited, they like to travel, they hang out at Burning Man, are not afraid to explore new concepts and they are optimistic truth tellers. If the Pluto/Uranus generation were truth researchers and exposers, this generation is the one that SPEAKS the truth, far and wide. The Sagittarius energy makes them very forthright in their expression and not afraid to tell it as it is.

Pluto in Scorpio (Neptune in Capricorn)

And then there is the next generation, which is coming of age, the Pluto in Scorpio kids, our current younglings, born in the second half of the 80s and the 90s (1984-1996), currently age 15 to 27. I remember Michael Lutin describing this generation as the ones who, when bombed by a nuclear weapon, would walk out of the mushroom cloud, unscathed, saying: "Hey that was cool, when do we do it again? ;-)". Pluto is in its own sign in Scorpio and is very powerful in this placement. This is a generation of warriors, who have no fear, power aplenty and who don't back down in front of anything.

They are also finely tuned psychic machines. They can see through BS, smell a rat a mile away and are aware of all levels of dark machinations behind the scenes at a visceral instinctive level. They have an innate knowing of what power is, even the dark side of this beast. And when they use their skills for good, they have the potential to be the navy seals of the light holders. They are the protesters in Greece, London and in Wall Street. They are the ones with the strongest ability to say no and mean it, as fearlessness is in the very fabric of their energy make up. The perfect ingredient for the final stage of a world engaged in a death rebirth process, with many power and economical structures that just need to go, as they are not heading in the same direction of as the divine plan. The ones with Neptune in Capricorn also have the vision and seeds of the new power to be. After the initially disillusionment with what is, these Souls are the ones that will bring through the vision of a new way.

Generations of Souls Uniting to Create Change

There is nothing random about the sequence of Souls who have been incarnating on the Earth plane since the 40s. Each group has been breaking a pattern and seeding something new, building towards a moment of shift. And that moment of shift is now.

Now is the time in which the world as a whole is reaching critical mass. Critical mass with regards to what will no longer be tolerated (the old paradigm) and with regards to what is to be seeded (the new world as we intend it from the highest levels of consciousness prior to incarnation).
There is a divine plane here, a well orchestrated one and we are all here now, poised together to bring it to completion.

This is a monumental and exciting time to be alive. Most of us have been preparing all of our lives for the shift that is to occur in the next few years. A shift that is as spiritual as it is worldly, as the structures of the old crumble, to make room for the new of our collective creation.

The beauty of this stage is that all the generations are still here present and involved. Even at the Wall Street protest (if you are not informed about this protest, go on YouTube), we can see people of all ages, from the "Peace Grannies", most likely Pluto in Leo women still carrying their peace and civil rights flag from long ago, all the way down to the Pluto in Scorpio kids, who stand in their power and don't back down, even in front of the threatening teeth of "the man".

And this is just a microcosm of what is happening on the planet at large. Humanity and the Souls that took on the job of going first in the awakening process, the catalyst Souls, are uniting, synchronizing, starting to breathe as one.

Uniting Patterns and Operating as One

And as they do so, the energy patterns that each have been weaving will now be coming together. Alighting the world anew. Setting the world on fire with light. Shifting the Earth and humanity grids higher, so they can sustain the energetic shift coming in from the core of creation. And ready to bring forward the next level of the mission, which is a collective one.

One in which we let go of all the things we have been conditioned to believe that keep us divided (even new age belief systems, designed to keep us in a state of passivity, need to be re-examined and let go of). And where we move into a new level of awareness, which knits together a common purpose.

Entering in resonance with one another, we start to operate as one. Still individualized, but harmonized. Like water droplets attuned to the same patterns, we maintain our individual selves, but we vibrate together, creating a beautiful shared design. Each making our very valuable and unique contribution to the emerging picture. This is ultimately why we are here, on this journey at this time.

Focus on what Unites, not on what Separates

As part if this uniting, I encourage people to look at the commonalities between us rather than what separates us and in particular to focus on the commonality of our goal: which is to shift this planet.

Many of the Souls currently incarnated here are very feisty. We need to be so, as that is what it takes to bust a paradigm. However we also need to remember that our feistiness is best directed to what we are aiming to dismantle, rather than against each other. So remember to not get distracted and to align all arrows in the same direction as our combined arrows creates more impact than any arrow working alone.

We also are here with different missions. Some Souls are just here to hold light, through peaceful and positive visualization. Some are here to operate in more pointed ways, as activists, truth beacons and light warriors. Do not make each other wrong for the different ways in which we are all called into being. Claiming your aspect of the mission is right and the other one's is wrong, only disperses energy.

Every flavor of light holder is here as planned and as required. Just see yourselves as Souls working in different departments and accept as valid all contributions to the pie. As many different energies are required to achieve the common goal of lifting the planetary focus, consciousness and patterns into the next level of being. And the more we work together, the more effective we will be, in common purpose. Honor your differences and maintain a singularity of direction and focus.

Also remember that what we are ultimately aiming to do is to assist humanity into going into resonance, so that we may translate the pulse coming from the creation core (via the Sun) to humanity, in its most usable form (think of us, energetically, as adapters stepping down vibration so it can be used).

See the video below to get an idea of the unstoppable beauty moving through creation and mentally ask to harmonize with the incoming creation pulse, so that you may yourself navigate these energies with more ease, but also so that you may become a better transmitter of the same.

Solar Resonance

Ask for your body to harmonize, your energy field to harmonize, for your DNA to harmonize and for all levels of your being to harmonize with the incoming creation pulse, so that the beauty of the cosmic hum may flow through you and, via you, be transmitted to all that are with you on this journey. As it is so that, one droplet at a time, as we channel the infinity, we will dance to a communal and most beautiful song.

Eat for Freedom - Detox for the New World

I have no ideological issue with people eating some fish and meat every so often, but industrial farming in our world has gone absolutely berserk...it also keeps us tied to the food industry, as each of us cannot grow their own cow.

Food freedom is going to become a huge issue in the months and year to come. Food freedom means growing your own food with minimal costs and maximum independence from the controls that want us to be dependent on the system. To be truly out of the system, we need to be self sustaining.

So stock up on seeds that can be sprouted (quinoa, peas, lentils, alpha alpha, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc), sources of digestible fermented protein. And seeds that can produce green foods such as greens, broccoli beans and vegetables. And diminish your negative impact on the environment at the same time.

It is actually really easy to grow greens and even with just greens, sprouted seeds and some pulses, one can live very well and healthy...add some free range chickens for eggs and vitamin b12 and one is good to go...a healthy not toxic human does not actually need much more to live. Most of our food needs are addictions and cravings born out of toxicity.

So, simplify, detox and prepare for the new world. Detox now, as we are so toxic that eating healthy can, ironically, cripple us in the short term with detox symptoms, as our liver and colons clear out of years of toxic chemicals stored in the fat in our body.It can take months to detox and you don't want to be knocked out right when the world needs you the most. When the time comes the light warriors need to be fit and healthy, so as to be able to steer the world in the direction required. Now is the time.

So lets clean up, tox out and return to our true vitality while we still have time to prepare. Also know that the less toxic our body is and the more clean foods we eat, the more we will be able to sustain the wave of accelerated energy that is coming in from the galactic core without blowing a fuse.

Detox and prepare, so when the time comes in which there is no food aside from what you can grow, you can thrive and be an independent game changer. There is a reason for which for the past years laws aimed at curtailing food freedom have been passed and are still in the process of being passed. Its because food freedom and growing ones own food is going to be the only way for us to move away from a system whose aim is to lock us up in the most controllable fashion, so as to neutralize our soul light at a unique time in Earth and Galactic history.

Eat for freedom. Detox for the world. And generations to come will be thankful for your pioneering contribution. Take back your power, become a conscious eater and become the new founding fathers and mothers of the new world to be.

Pitfalls of the Spiritual Path: The Lion and the Dove

There are many flavors of being, different aspects of the self that want expression. The wise one , the warrior, the hero, the shadow, the inner child, the inner parent, the mother, the spouse, the spiritual teacher, the adventurer, the bold one, the compassionate one, the lover, the magician...

We may have an inner Buddha, with its bigger picture wisdom. An inner mother, with her kindness and compassion. But there are also more fiery aspects, such as the inner warrior or the inner hero, who thrive on the boldness of the quest.

For wholeness all aspects of the self need to express and be integrated. You cannot repress your aspects. It always results in illness or projection. That is, you hold it in and go off balance, or you start seeing it outside of yourself and you fight with it. Jung called this Shadow Boxing.

We all do this to some degree and part of the journey of growth is to make this process conscious. And as part of this we also need to become aware of the belief systems within the spirituality that we embrace, which encourage one mode of expression and frown on another. As what our spiritual framework frowns upon, we will tend to repress. However, we need all the flavors for a balanced psyche soup.

In the old days it was considered not ok to be sexual and spiritual at the same time. Or to be wealthy and spiritual. People took vows of chastity and poverty when they took their religious commitment vows. Some still do. And, deeper conspiracies aside, we can all see what this has done in manifesting sexual abuse and pedophilia within the old models of church. Repression always seeks expression. And what is repressed, if not worked on in an integrated way, most often ends up acted out.

In the new age spirituality, there is a great emphasis on only the soft archetypes. The loving one, the compassionate one, the mother, the Buddha, the healer, the teacher, the nurturer. But the new spirituality disowns two fundamental groups of aspects. The Aspects that have to do with Power. Warrior style power. And the Aspects to do with Truth, no matter how negative.

This leaves these stronger aspects censored, who then fester below the surface, seeking expression, forgetting that sometimes even a bit of poison can be a cure. Its all in the dosage. While we don't need to be running around fighting with everybody, a touch of warrior does wonders for one's boundaries. True power does not even need to fight. People just don't dare to cross that line when they smell true power. Its ultimately a knowing of presence within one's own mind.

Many new age people however are taught to disown power. As a result many therefore become sweetsy sweet, always smile, never complain, always seek to be positive, even when it hurts, and do not say no when they should. They disown their power and allow for others to hurt them in the name of spiritual goals, not understanding that there is nothing spiritual in allowing bullies to run the show.

Others instead become the thought police, running around all day telling others not to be negative, or fearful or to not focus on bad stuff, reprimanding them for being not loving enough or fearful. And whenever anybody around them embraces power/truth aspects, they attempt to silence them. Its the way in which they reinforce within themselves the teachings they have embraced as true, which however shut part of their own energy down. They will not allow you to say the emperor has no clothes, just in case their own power aspects may pop out, unbridled, which can be a scary thing. Many people in the new spirituality seem to take on this role.

Furthermore, astrology teaches us that there is an innate signature to each being. We are not all the same. We are of the same substance, yes, but we do not all hold the same dominant quality of expression within our vibrational patterns. As as Souls we are here on different journeys with different intent and purpose. And as Souls we choose different personality vehicles for the manifestation of that different purpose and journey.

So if someone incarnated with a strong Pluto in their chart and has a dominant power/warrior aspect, they have to be true to that quality. They need to not repress it, but express it in its highest form...power with love instead of power over. Power in service to a higher mission, instead of at service to the ego. However they will still have to do power, because that is what they are here to do. For a Pluto person to be all soft is the same as a Lion trying to be a Dove. Doves are great, but Lion's don't pull off a good impression of them. They are meant to be Lions and only being a Lion will do.

We need to let our Lions be Lions and teach them to be healthy Lions, instead of asking them to always purr.We all have different purposes within the bigger puzzle. And some Souls were meant to do power and warriorship. And they get a ton of opposition in the current new spirituality paradigm, that wants then to always speak softly and not roar.

It is important as we go forward spiritually, that we find expression for all parts and that we understand who we are and our calling. And that then we find ways to express that calling, our signature expression, in its highest way. People with strong power signatures, the spiritual warriors of this world, need to find ways to express that power in its pure form, which is done without harming others, but learning how to stand ground. As guardians of truth. Protectors with love. And trailblazers on the risky path. So they may create the safe container in which the Doves can sing their song.

Embrace the power within and honor both the Lion and the Dove within you, as well as without. Embrace the wholeness of your being and find a way to find the highest expression for all the qualities your hold within, even the ones that pack a little punch. And allow others to do the same.Remember that we need all the colors to make a good rainbow.

Dealing with Negative Power Interactions

Although self esteem, in theory, should be a constant thing generated from the inside, in practice, self -esteem fluctuates in most people in relationship to the people they are surrounded with and in relationship to their environment.

When we do things that are good for ourselves, the universe gives us feedback and self-esteem goes up. When we are with people who give us good feedback about ourselves and who hold good energy, this also helps self-esteem rise, just like a plant fairs better in good soil.There are also people who drag us down and chip away at our self-esteem. It can be part of one's growth to eliminate such people from one's life.

Abusive people almost always aim at lowering self-esteem in others. Its a power maneuver that allows them to stay on top. If on a journey of recovery from abuse, one of the steps towards healing can be to limit contact with people who use this negative power based method of interacting.

When around people, it can be useful to watch how our chakras react energetically. If around a particular person, you suddenly feel your third chakra getting really tight, know that that you are experiencing a negative power interaction. If the feeling is unpleasant, your are being corded energetically or you are receiving a solar plexus hit.

It would be nice to think the world is full of lovely people, but some souls are still playing for the dark T-shirts or a simply unaware and are looking for an energy fix from sources of power outside of themselves. Consciously or unconsciously, they become energy predators. Some of the dark T-shirts players are REAL predators and they like to hone in on the light ones and disrupt them. So it is a good idea to have a self-defense energy kit available to deal with these situations.

If you are dealing with a third chakra hit, immediately cut cords and lift the energy out of the solar plexus and into the heart chakra. You will feel an immediate lift, as the heart chakra is a natural transmuter. If the person you are dealing with is just a garden variety unconscious person sucking up power, send them love and mentally tell them there are other ways to get energy and visualize hooking them back up to Source.

If the person is a dark T-shirt player, nine time out of ten they will have entities attached to them, so you are will be looking at a more complex issue. Unless you know how to clear entities, it may be a good idea for you to just cut cords and shield. Ask Source for a bubble of protection and for whatever support the other person is willing to receive in shifting its dark orientation.

Remember however that Souls on this plane have free will. Therefore people who are traveling a dark path may not be ready to change just yet. While allowing for the possibility that they may shift, be grounded in reality and do what is needed for you to protect your energy field and continue on your path, which may also involve no contact.

Soothing Earth Rumbles

Several Earthquakes today. A lot of activity under the Earth right now is what I see. Pressure and heat pushing from the inner core upwards. Some quake activity today but my visions say that there is more energy building under the whole North American continent, including California/Mexico. Magmatic pressure is what my councils say.

Visualize the energy diffusing in small doses, so we can shift gradually and with ease. All part of Solar/Earth cycle and its affecting the Earth body, but it is also affecting the human bodies. If you feel you are about to explode or that you are processing more stuff than you can handle: diffuse, diffuse, diffuse.

Visualize excess energy spinning out of your body, energy field and leaving. Ask Spirit for support in diffusing all excess energy from people, the animals, the planet and yourself. Visualize the excess energy spinning out of the energy field of the Earth and diffusing, dissolving or leaving, to the degree that is for the highest good.

In particular visualize excess energy diffusing and dissolving in all volcanic areas and fault line areas, especially in places that are inhabited. Visualize the Earth being soothed with cool blue energy. Visualize both the outer Earth and the inner core being soothed with pale celeste blue light. Feel the inner fire of the inner Earth gently cooling and excess energy diffusing to the degree that is for the highest good..

Ask that these interventions happen only to the degree that they are for the highest good of all and in alignment with divine will.

Reconnecting to the Higher Path

I am at peace in the perfection of the higher path, trusting that all that unfolds is always for my highest good.

My highest good comes to me naturally and in miraculous ways. I am open to higher guidance and I always follow my gut feeling, as I know its inspired by the part of me that knows all.

I trust in myself and my connection to Source. I am always protected. The beauty of love and Source is always by my side, shining light on the road, guiding my steps to higher ground. I bask in the frequencies of divine love and my being is elevated by love.

And as I surrender to Source my trust is strengthened. All that I need is provided for me. All that I am is enhanced.

I discover more of myself: hidden light, hidden gifts, hidden resources come to light as I open to who I am in grace. My energy field is on fire with calm expanded light. My whole being is expanded in love.

There is no limitation, as I surrender the barriers of my being. And allow for more.I am a container of infinity. An instrument in the symphony of creation. My song is without end.

And as I surrender my will within the oceanic cosmic Source, I free myself. I am eternal, filled with bountiful peace. I know abundance, not out of want, but from the knowing of who I am. As I remember that I am all.

I am vehicle for beauty. Notes and celestial music color my breath with rainbows. I am an instrument of transmission.

I receive through my crown. I transmit through my heart. I reverberate as I emit a frequency of love. I allow myself to be played by its song.

I am one with my Source. We sparkle and radiate as one, surfing the infinity of a cosmic wave of being.

And so it is. And so it was. And so it always will be, as I reconnect to the truth of who I am.

All is as it was always meant to be.

And I honor my path, and I bless all footsteps past, as I ready for new ones to come.

Putting The Green Back Into The City

The last few days have been filled with synchronicity. I had just decided to start looking into growing my own food on my patio, mostly vegetables for juicing like cucumbers, carrots, lettuce and kale. Buying organic veggies in the quantities required for juicing every day is quite expensive, but I want to green juice every day now that I am on a raw food diet. So I am walking along doing my thing, not really thinking about juicing any more, running some errands and I just happened to bump into a guy at a local store, who was looking for lettuce seeds. We started chatting and he talked to me for a while about square foot gardening and how he has been eating out of his yard for the past five years all the veggies I listed above. He gave me great tips and ideas. Now in my whole 44 years I have never bumped into someone and struck up a conversation about lettuce ;-) lol... but that's how it goes nowadays lol

Then I get home and my neighbors at the back are digging up their yard as they are starting their own vegetable garden. All flower plants relocated to pots so they can grow tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers and salad and herbs in the flower beds. Apparently the girl, who has just moved in with her fiancee, is interested in herbalism and wants to grow her own medicinal plants. Liking this girl.We spent the whole afternoon talking about how to grow various kinds of veggies and herbs.

After which I go online to look at a raw food channel that I have been following and the episode of the day is about ...square foot gardening!! ... The next day, I am walking down the street to get some flea killing product for Missy at the pet store and I bump into a woman that is starting a free weekly yoga class. Just the day before I was thinking that I would love to do yoga at the moment, but cant afford it...tight budget right now...and voila...yoga class, every week, free. The instructor is launching a new business and this is her free promo class, to get people introduced to her new wellness center.

A couple of days later, I was visiting my neighbor to the front and she had a guest from Los Angeles. He, like me, has just started a raw food diet ( fancy that) and he came along with a gift of sprouted sunflower seeds planted in a pot of organic soil and gifted it to me... I have been eating these the whole week. Like me he has just discovered that eating lots of sprouted stuff is improving his health.So neighbor at the front now also wants to also grow her on food on the patio and eat sprouts...lol.

Neighbor to the side has been growing his own food for a few years. He is also very conscious about many other aspects of the bigger picture, including the dark ones. In fact we have been having amazing conversations about all that is going on in our world. We have been neighbors for ever and only now I discover he is a light warrior. What are the odds of living on a city block where EVERYBODY is on the same page in this way? One small city block and we are all 1- friends 2- conscious 3- soon to be organic own-food growers 4- all helping each other out to get this done. Amazing and obviously no coincidence :-)

I already had a really tight relationship with my neighbors, but lately this has been going to a whole new level. I had a vision back in 1999 that the New Earth was going to be a rural one. But I was not thinking it would be rural within a city block. I am sure we probably all have soul contracts to be together at this time, shifting this little piece of city back to nature...And I am sure many others are going through this same process all over the world.... It feels like we are starting the seeds of the new communities to come. I am buzzing from the energy of it all, the possibilities to come, the greatness of the human Spirit... and from the momentum I experience every day in my back yard.

So awesome!! :-)

Sing the World to a New Vibration

Things that raise vibration: love, beauty, uplifting sound, amazing art, smiles, laughs, raw food, seeds and sprouts, nature, sunsets and sunrises, trees, crystals, sunshine, heart connections, good friends, rest, fun, funny things, meditation, wallops of light in your field, self love, being one with Source and the infinite...all good stuff :-)

And if you really want to release your true self from within yourself...consider detoxing and raw foods.... clearing out toxins and injecting raw life force, pushes out all the emotional toxins and clears cellular memory...all of which is your past and your experience, yes, but all of which are not you or the definition of you...

As the last vestiges of baggage literally release from your body memory and the life force empower your spirit...the true you, the true Self, shines forth. Unhindered.

Beautiful Source-light unfolding in the unique pattern that is you. Beautiful Source-light expressing through the individualization of your expression, in harmonious notes and frequencies for all to hear. And together with others doing the same, a harmony unfolds.

Join the symphony of Source energies inter-twining and create works of art. Make your Self and the Earth plane itself the new art-piece of creation.

From Empath to Agent of Change

If you are an empath right now its vital that you shield... the collective emotional streams are vibrating very strongly with the energies of fear, reactivity, panic, anger, grief and loss as the collective self continues to purge on its journey to clear consciousness. And know that there are some man made and artificial electromagnetic and toxic energies being poured into the collective field now also. Not everybody on the planet is encouraging our journey back to full light.

While feeling swamped by the collective energies and currents is perfectly natural at this time, feeling all of the "collective" emotion right now can be overwhelming and hard to manage, especially for empaths, who are finely tuned psychic instruments. Having an energy field tuned to subtle energies is useful and a great gift in a healing or counseling setting, but definitely backfires when the world at large is emitting high voltage emotions. Empath's energy circuits can literally get fried in these circumstances. Many empaths at the moment feel as if they are undergoing their own personal tsunami. The tidal wave of the collective purge is hitting them head on.

It is important to find ways to be clear, centered, and functioning, even in the middle of these big waves, so that the quality of our lives does not deteriorate. So that we do not slip into feelings of powerlessness. And so that what is occurring out there in the world does not impact our ability to hold light.

Here are a few steps that may help.

Ask that all emotions and energies that are not yours leave your field now.
Ask that any energetic cords to people and situations that are not for your highest good right now, be cut.
Ask for your field to be repaired and cleared.
Ask to be shielded and protected.
Surround yourself with high light, so that your energy field may be stronger and less porous.
Ask for your chakras to be cleared, balanced and aligned to the frequencies of Source, to the degree that your energy system can currently handle. Remember that too much light can cause a detox of emotions. So allow for Source to determine the right amount of light for you at this time. Even too much light can fry circuits.
And finally, root into the Earth core, for a more solid and balanced connection to the Earth realm.

Draw strength from the core of the Earth, the core chakra of the Earth at the center of the planet. And allow the Earth core to transmute any incoming dark energy from your field, on a continuous basis. Remember that you are feeling the energies of the collective, not of the Earth. And that the Earth is a natural transmuter. Make the Earth your friend and allow the Earth being to assist you with this task..

These simple steps will help lessen your heightened sensitivity. And you will find that you will be more effective in your compassion with this protection.

Also ask for higher guidance to assist with all aspects of the current planetary situation, from assistance in dissolving toxic collective consciousness streams, to assistance with any planetary situation you may feel is an issue right now. Especially ones that are effecting you. See these situations in the world that are affecting you, not as a curse, but as a call for your intervention.

You are a worker of the light, here to transmute collective consciousness. See your heightened sensitivity to any collective issue as a call to energetic action. When you feel negativity in the collective streams, take care of yourself first with the steps above, but then also ask for these energies to be cleared or transmuted at the collective level also.

And, while you are at it, ask for the energy of the solution to be downloaded into the collective streams now, so that all that are open to new and positive energies, to healing, to new ideas and new actions, may be able to absorb these energies and take new actions in the world. Be part of the solution by becoming a seeding agent of energetic change. Remember that you are powerful and that, in conjunction with your family of light, you can heal self and others in miraculous ways. Turn the suffering of empathy into a gift and a contribution.

And of course, rest when needed and regularly take a break to recharge your batteries. Even transmuting agents need time out at times ;-) Listen to the rhythms of your body and the voice of your Soul at all times.

Fine -Tuning Natural Rhythms

Its important to learn how to roll with the ebb and flow of life. There are natural cycles of activity and rest and our body-spirit knows when to do and when to be.

If we are constantly doing, we cannot truly hear the spirit within, no heal what needs healing, as self healing often requires self reflection. Or simply quiet time away from stimulation.

There are also times in which we need to be active. To be with others, to produce something of value, to engage in creativity and make our contribution to the world.

If we learn to become in tune with the inner rhythm, then we can do when its is the time to do and we can be when it is the time to be. Instead we often force ourselves to be productive when we feel like resting. Or force ourselves to sleep, when we feel like producing. Just because the clock says its time to sleep.

When however we follow the natural rhythm of both our body and of our spirit, both of which know about perfect timing better than our rational mind, and when we follow the flow of energy in the moment, our behavior may be less predictable, we may have less of a routine, but ultimately we will be both happier and more productive. Because the book cannot be written before the wisdom is born. And the painting cannot be created when the artist is tired.

Following natural rhythm, however, requires becoming attuned to ones inner self. And many of us are very much out of tune with our insides. Its called the modern lifestyle.

Learn to listen within and only act when the spirit moves you. And learn to listen to the signal of what your spirit and body need, to feel happy, healthy and whole. Because from food, to rest, to work, to play, you always know what is needed and what is right, once you clear the windshield of the debris that prevents you from seeing clearly, inside.

Experiment today: clear your windshield, practice inner listening and act on the small whispers...

Digging for the Roots of Empowerment

Hi beautiful people ♥ ♥

just a few days left on this triple eclipse whammy. This has been a very intense time for many of us. More letting go of people and relationship and situations that are out of alignment with our own path, lots of volatile emotions, but amidst the seeming chaos, the seeds for the new are emerging. A lot of these storms in a tea cup are part of a process of shedding skins. While it may not look pretty while we are in it, know that eventually we will emerge glowing with a new skin and new lives.

The energy of these eclipses has been particularly powerful and the energies are also building on top of one another. Many can feel this as it is like a bubble getting bigger and bigger waiting to burst. This can feel a bit overwhelming at times, but hang in there as it will all smooth out in the end.

I have noticed a lot of "stuff" around being authentic and speaking ones truth coming up for many during these past few weeks. And in my case and the case of various "path walkers" I know, about staying in ones truth, even when under attack. There seems to be a big wave of attacking energy going on and many of us "workers of the path" are going through an initiation in standing our own ground.

Holding one's own power is a must as we reclaim our own light in earnest, as we cannot truly move into our full being, without eliminating all that has caused us to shut down over the lifetimes and years. Therefore all the parts of us that feel afraid of being who we truly are are being tested during this time. It is not an easy ride, but w\e can even get to the point of being grateful for these tests, as they are the vehicles through which we will become unshakable in our essence. For some these eclipses may very well represent that turning point and major shift before they truly beging to shine and blossom in full bloom.

And on our way to get to that place, as usual, it is a good idea to take care of shifting blockages, through whatever healing or self healing tools are available to you. And also to take care of the inner child. The inner child hold most of our sensitivity and most of our wounds and many may be revisiting inner child issues at this time. Know that when the inner child feels safe and cared for, not by others, but by ourselves, and when we have truly learned to re-parent ourselves, we become like a tree firmly rooted in the ground, that no wind can sway. And as such in an even better place for the carrying out of our mission as transformers of inner and outer worlds.

Hold on to your hats, but most hold on to your love and to your hearts, for yourselves and for others, during this moment of storm. It is easy to loose faith in human nature under this pressure and, for the teachers, to loose faith even in ones sense of purpose, when under a barrage of fire. Understanding that it is just a test, designed to strengthen your bones, to prepare you for even greater and more powerful channeling of light (tall houses require strong foundations), will help you stay the course and maybe even enjoy this journey into empowerment.

Don't be afraid to set boundaries when needed, speak your truth at all times and hold the light of Source steady and strong in your own heart, knowing that when the dust settles, we will see the emerging, not only of new forms, but of a whole new edifice of Self. Bless all your teachers, both the pleasant ones and unpleasant ones, dig the deepest roots of self love and know that all is as it should be at times :-) ♥
